My dryer died the week before Christmas. I found a couple of used ones listed on Facebook Marketplace, and it turns out they were at the I Got It shop. They had a great selection for being such a small shop. I got a nice Whirlpool just a year or 2 old for about half the price of new, and for a nominal fee they delivered it THE SAME DAY, installed it, and removed and hauled away the old one. I had a small problem with the dryer not heating enough at first (over the weekend, naturally). Since we have owned dryers for many years, we realized it might be due to a constricted dryer vent pipe. My husband pulled it out, and found the aluminum flex pipe was crushed. He was able to spread it back out to the original size, then was careful when pushing the dryer back in. Voila, it heated up nice and hot, and now works like brand new! I bought a washer and dryer from this small family owned business for a very reasonable price and they were able to install it for me. Yesterday my dryer unfortunately died on me, but I called them up and they were able to send their son to repair it within a day and even give me a general servicing (vent cleaning, replace old fuses, etc) for me for a very reasonable price as well!
