Giving one star is more than I would like to give to this business. I have been in several times looking for various parts to fix my sons 4 wheeler, every part needed had to be ordered as they did not have it in store (understandable), however each time a part was ordered and having to wait 1 to 2 weeks for the parts to come in, it wasn't even the correct part when it finally did come in and had to be reordered and have longer wait time. The last time I delt with this store was just a few weeks back, SAME problem when ordering a new chain, they did have one in store which he didn't measure when I got it home realized it was close to 4 inches shorter than the size I told him I needed. When returning to the store I had to wait almost 15 min before anyone came to the front from the back to help and that was only because I went searching for someone to come out. When telling him of the issue he brought out a chain he said was the only one he had in stock and it would be $45 more in price, never measured to check size which was also about 6 inches to long, he never measured the new chain to the old one, never offered to take off the extra chain length, which I would think is a service that the store would offer and was very harsh and demeaning when I asked questions about size an price as if my questions were stupid and I should already know the answers. Read moreOur first experience here was great, so we brought my Son's car back for more audio upgrades. After the second install, it ended up that two channels on an existing older amplifier were not working correctly. They worked with us on a good price for a replacement amp and comped the install.
Upon picking up the car, we noticed the sound was extremely harsh and could use some tuning. My son called and described the problem, to which the reply was, "I tuned the amplifier and can't help you." No offer to listen to it, no suggestions for a fix. So my Son asked about the guy who had done the initial install, as he had done a nice job and had the same car. We figured that guy might have some suggestions. The response was that he no longer worked there. When my Son asked if there was a way to get a hold of that guy to ask for advice, the ProAudio rep hung up on him.
A professional would have wanted to hear the problem and recommend action. It also seems there were some tensions around the employee who left. It is perfectly reasonable for a customer to seek advice from someone who did the initial install and has the same car. There was no reason to take out whatever personnel issue led to that employee leaving on my Son.

Read moreDefinitely recommend going here I bought my boss audio system here and got it installed by one of the workers there he did a good and fast job that same day it was working fine until later through out the day it stopped playing music so i went there today to see what happened and why wasn’t there any sound playing and he was able to find the issue it was a wire that had gotten damaged and he was able to also change all the other wires that were old as well although they were fine but just so everything would work properly and he got it done the same day I took it back and got it all fixed up so I definitely recommend going here for any installation or fixes that...
