Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Winder

On Saturday June 6, 2020 we went in to the Winder location to rent a ridding lawnmower. The lady that help us was very helpful and friendly. We worked out a delivery for Tuesday June 9th by 11 am no later than 1 pm because I had to work that afternoon. By 3 pm I had to call to figure out when they would be here. Now I had to call out of work because they said it’s out for delivery. After many phone calls to Tammy the store manager, it finally showed up after 7pm. Tammy was with the driver and I asked why it wasn’t delivered when agreed to and she told me that it was no set time, but it was written on my contract. She tells me she wasn’t there so she had no knowledge of the time we worked out. I asked for some type compensation and said she has to wait to later. After dealing with her, we decided to keep it for one month and return it. I then called on June 30th and asked them to pick it up July 1st. I was told that someone would call before they came and again no one called, they just showed up even though it was written on the pickup paper to call. I will NEVER use...

Does not even deserve a 1 star. DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!! APRIL (no help at all) said she would get a delivery to us for 4 days took money out of my account and didn’t deliver or attempt to call another store to bring out my furniture. I even offered to pick it up they refused. Spoke with Desiree no help. She told us another store was not able to deliver it and refused to deliver it. I spoke with the Monroe store no one even called them. Called the Winder store back talked with Megan “the store supervisor “ NO HELP!!!!!!!! She treated it as oh well not my problem!!! Yes I did call corporate on this store and filed a formal complaint about this store!!!! These 3 people have no clue what they are doing and only wanted to make quota and decided to take money out of my account even though they couldn’t make the delivery or allow me to pick it up. Which was an option that was given to us by APRIL. If I was you try Rent A-Center or some where else. These girls do not do their jobs and suck at customer service! I had gotten 2 things from Aaron's in winder GA and I was on the auto payment to were it would be taken out of my bank account every time it was due well they would call me and tell me a few days after my account was due that my card didn't work but it would show on my bank app that it was taken out they would call me 3 or 4 times a day so I got tied of it and took my stuff back to them they would live my rud comment on my phone though a text message so I will not be going back there for...
