My son was attending a wedding on Saturday and since he leaves everything last minute he found this place on Thursday. He ordered his suit by catalog and received it next day. I couldn’t believe how fast the suit arrived. I believe it was Shane that helped us, he was very friendly and helpful. When I went to pick up the suit he offered to alter anything that was needed if anything was too long. My son didn’t have time to try it on and yes the pants were a tad bit long but he still pulled it off. Could not recommend Maxwells enough! We have used them in the past as they were highly recommended, and had a great experience. This time I let my teen son handle his tux rental alone as my plate was overwhelmingly full. They took great care of him and he looked very sharp for Prom! However, he and I both dropped the ball with communication regarding pickup and return.
