Ruby Tuesday — Restaurant in Winder

My family celebrates bdays on the wknds when we can all get together. This happened to be my bday on Wed so we all met this past Fri for dinner. We went to Ruby Tuesday's to get some of our fave dishes but they put us on the list, we were seated at the bar(which was filthy and hadn't been cleaned off) while they got our table ready. The guys ordered a quick beer at the bar while they cleaned off our table. There were quite a few people in there waiting to be seated but there were at least 15 empty tables that I could see easily. Apparently, they said their a/c went out so all the staff are sweating and moving in slo mo! We had my pregnant soon to be daughter in law with us and she's having terrible back pain. Between that, having to stand it just wasn't going to work. We stuck it out a bit longer until we kept getting whifs of asparagus pee!! That turned my stomach. I told our group to finish their drink, I'd be outside waiting. Couldn't handle it anymore. I've always enjoyed this rest. However today the restaurant was filthy dirty, with stuff all over the bar, all over the floor from the salad bar, dirty napkins and half full drinks that had been left so long all the ice was gone. I don't know how that salad bar could've safely been eaten. We could smell and identify which veggies weren't quite holding up to the heat with their a/c broken. Waiters and waiters and waitresses, were barely moving as their sweat dripped right into the plates they were delivering!!! So yeah if you were there on Fri 8/31 in Winder about 6:30-7 or so and wondered if they changed their menu and added extra salt, I would say probably not, may have just been their sweet dropping into your finial plates! We were extremely disappointed. I had my heart set on Chicken Bella. But I didn't get it. We cancelled our names & went over to Friend's in Winder. Will let feedback for Friend's. Sry guys. Ruby Tuesday's used to be one of my first choice. After that experience, I don't think I'll return but learn to make it at home....

I absolutely love Ruby Tuesdays, especially the winder location. they have the friendliest staff , clean atmosphere and yummy food! if you haven't had the spinach artichoke appetizer your missing out , a must try your next visit ! I always get the same meal , the hickory bourbon ribs . They literally fall off the bone , and that signature sauce they make in house , is absolutely delicious! And I can not forget to mention that macoroni , served in it own little cast iron skillet . Then ending all that greatness with a dessert , they had some new ones I wanted to try this visit , but they are all good choices . This time We got the brownie explosion with ice cream and Carmel drizzle it was Phenomenal! My waitress tonight was Ms.Destin B. She was amazing making sure we got everything we wanted, plus an amazing memory remembering all my requests without a notepad or anything. I told her my entire order when she asked what drinks and she remembered it all . And of course I can't forget the back of house crew , the kitchen manager Brandon made some amazing food to start with , and even made sure to come out and ask how everything was , and going beyond his duties to make sure he had satisfied customers! it's hard to have such a wonderful staff ; as the winder Ruby Tuesdays has , but they have definitely accomplished that for there place of business! I would recommend this restaurant so much ! My food was so delicious I literally wanted to hug the chief , haha ( virtually XOXO) Thanks again Brandon and Destin y'all...

Well let's get the ball rolling this place could use a remodeling it's like stepping into a cave very dark very low lighting you might want to bring a head lamp so you can read the menu the employees I'm not sure if they are off are working I seen 6 employees but only 2 seemed to be working and now for the final ending we have ruby Tuesday sending specials VIA text messages a deal for Sunday after 4:30 p.m. normally 19.95 for 12.95 let's do it the other meal was a special thats normally 17.99 but with code offer it would be 9.99 but upon getting the ticket the first meal was 19.95 and the second meal was 17..99 now as I recall we went over the offers with waiter and even showed him the offers even gave him the offer code and even after being pointed out to him he was lost called the manager in even he was confused took about 15 minutes of calculating for him to correct the mistake plus our meals sat under a heat lamp for about 20 minutes before being served to use my girlfriends steak should've been a 6oz ribeye now it looked like a small chunk of beef Jerky and my French fries it was like eating B-Day candles man this place has gone down the drain we have noticed that the prices keep going up and portions get smaller even the salad bar is now 10 plus dollars all I can say is bring a 100.00 bill magnifying glass calculator and have a lot of time to waste enjoy your meal I'm feeling sick could've offer us a...
