Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Winder

Very disappointed with the service with our last couple of visits. Today was the worst. We ordered an item that is clearly listed on their breakfast menu inside the store and drive thru. When we ordered it we were told it is not sold during breakfast. Then why is it listed on the breakfast menu? We have been able to order the item before during breakfast hours. When that was stated the employee basically called us a liar. She over and over stated it is not sold during breakfast. Then she went around to many employee and asked if they had sold it in the last couple of days. When she finally returned she ended up letting us order the item and had an attitude about it. She continued to mumble about it which was uncalled for. Why treat the customer so bad when it's not the customers fault for ordering an item listed on the menu? My child who ordered the item never wants to go for breakfast at this location again after what he witnessed. So if the 2 piece chicken tender is not a breakfast item then why can it not be taken off the breakfast menu. Then them employees can't get mad at the customer for ordering it.

This was beyond disappointing. I took my son and nephew for lunch. Got 2 of the chicken strip boxes and a kids meal. The chicken was over cooked and rubbery. The fries tasted of really really old grease. But what ticked me off the most was when my nephew went to get a refill the cashier at the front told him they didn't give refills on drinks anymore. Like you have a free style machine in your lobby but he's not allowed to get a refill?!?! This store has gone way down hill. I'm not even going to get into the BS that happened when he wasn't to order his icecream sundae that CAME with his meal. They tried to charge him for it. I showed them my receipt where I got the lunch boxes that came with sundaes and she said that of we don't get them when we get our food from the window that we have to pay for another one. We will not be back to...

Very disappointed with this experience. I'm not sure if we caught a lazy shift this time or what happend, but this is sad & disgusting we paid nearly $30 for food so we expected it to be half decent. The kids meal was soggy, and tasted old (fries & chicken wrap) 1 of the shakes had a huge chunk of cake just thrown on top, my blizzard had huge random chunks of butterfinger in it that should've been blended more, and my salad had rotten lettuce in it and a huge chunk of the core that should've been thrown away from the get go. This is unacceptable. Period. Especially since we had to pull up and wait nearly 10 minutes for our order, it wasn't even horribly packed tonight. There's NO reason people should have to pay for rotten, soggy, nasty food. Please get it together DQ, you're 1 of the main decent...
