This is the most amazing yarn shop. The yarn is plentiful (both in selection and abundance) beautiful and squishy. But, what makes this place special is the people. I had no idea Winder was such a peaceful place, and The Yarn Winder is a perfect spot! Open enough to be able to walk around and shop, yet cozy enough to knit and sit. The owner Sondra, absolute treasure! She's full of knowledge and is a very genuine person. I visited for the first time this weekend and was so impressed with this yarn shop. It has a fantastic selection of quality yarn at large variety of price points. It’s clear that the owner has put a lot of effort into offering a wide variety of fibers, weights, and even different colors. There really is something for everyone here.
