super rude and condescending staff today. i only come to this location because it’s closest to my work, but not only do you have to wait in a line of 3 cars for 20-30 minutes because they are so slow but for the first time ever at any location i was given a grande iced drink that was not at all filled. i said oh um can they fill it? i was told they aren’t allowed to and that it’s like that because i get light ice..i get light ice every single day and never had this issue. this is literally coffee and milk not alcohol. i’m not paying for a drink that isn’t filled so i asked for a refund and left. i went down the street and ordered the same thing with 0 issue. so then i called and asked for the manager to explain what happened to try to get some clarification and she told me that it’s a new policy that they aren’t allowed to fill the drink and if they do they have to charge. i explained i don’t have this issue anywhere else, and she was very passive aggressive and said it’s a new policy. i said how new? cause i got this drink yesterday and it was full. she said recently. i knew they were gaslighting me and lying so i called starbucks customer service. the man from customer service read me the full policy which reads that no matter if the customer gets light ice or no ice the drink must be filled without additional charge. he told me he is going to be following up with the district manager about this experience and any time that this happens again, to call customer service again and they will read them the policy. so that’s exactly what i’m going to do if i ever return out of convenience since they want to blatantly lie. this location used to be good but now it’s an absolute joke. if anyone has this issue here use case number #cs13941765 for reference and the actual policy will be read to them since they don’t know or...
Read moreWaited 20 minutes on a pour over as they only had the parts to do themone at a time, and the person in front of me also ordered one. Requested a specific mixture of coffee (3 scoops of decaf pike, and one scoop of the blonde roast). The person making my drink proceed to just dump an amount of coffee from the bag into the pour over filter, and started to add the water. When I asked if he was going to add the other blend, and or measure the coffee, he told me that they didn't have a scoop, so he would just pour in a 'good amount' and add the second type of coffee afterwards. I told him again that I wanted them mixed, so he proceeded to dump the other type into the filter and then looked at me like I'm supposed to know how to measure it that way. I finally got my coffee and it was not good. In his defense, there were literally four people working the drive thru and making drinks, but no one helped him at all. I think he may have been helping out after his shift as he wasn't wearing an apron. I've been to this location probably a dozen or so times and never had an issue, but today was sub par to...
Read moreAs far as Starbucks locations goes this one is not my favorite. Yes they offer all the same beverages and food as any other Starbucks and they do a decent enough job at preparing those. It's a popular location so often it takes an extra minute or two to get things ready. This location does have a few downsides though. First of all the drive-thru is incredibly slow and you end up sneaking into the parking lot which creates confusion and often requires a little bit of rejiggering if you're at the very end of the line to allow cars to pass you. Other issues with this location are the hours often change to times that just seem ridiculous. For the past few weeks the store's been closing at 3:30 in the afternoon. Another issue with this location is the music is played incredibly loud. If you're ever trying to sit there and enjoy a cup of coffee you better hope that they're playing something that you like and if even if they are playing something you like it's going to be played at a volume that's much too loud especially for a coffee shop. The high voltage ceiling doesn't help in...
