I am a black belt in Brazillian jiu jitsu who is used to rolling hard 5-6 times per week with guys half my age. I have had to drastically reduce my grappling time due to hip joint issues and decided to check out RYZE + GRIND because my wife went to it. Amazing. The cycle classes are hard core and work me out just as well as my jiu jitsu (while being much easier on my joints). The combo cycle and weight classes are also great and serve as a one stop hour long work out to get in cardio and resistance training. These are the kind of work outs that you are unable to do on your own in your basement even if you have your own weights and bike. There is just no way to get as motivated. The music is pumping and the instructors are incredibly enthusiastic. I now do this 3 times per week and roll the other two days and am in better shape than ever. Also there is no judgement.    Read moreThis place is near and dear to my heart! It has been a part of my weekly routine for over 3 years now. They have incredible staff who know how to push and encourage you in the best way! I never thought I could complete a 60 min bootcamp and now I try to make at least 2-3 classes a week.
Their instructors are amazing! Beth Anne will put you through a hell of a workout- and play the best pump up (rap) music during it. Todd has a heart of gold & never fails to make you smile even when your legs are burning. And Savannah knows exactly what she is doing at the barre (and intense floor work)!
