I am from Va Beach where everything is right at your finger tips. Moved here and was sad to find out there was no threading place other than Asheville and that is an hour drive. I did it just because that is all we had. Then I saw Indigenous one day while on my lunch break. Went in and made an appointment, not going to lie the first time I went in for my appointment no one really spoke and I wait for a long time before someone recognized me. But…… those girls are good at their job! Wow! I have been about 5 times now and Jensen recommended brow tinting. I was super nervous but I said ok, you are great at your job and I trusted her. That day I went in Jade is the one that did it. First time with her, she did not disappoint! They look amazing!!!!! Both sisters are talented and running a great business. The 2 sisters or whoever owns it was outside on the porch watching me get out of my car and I was only a few minutes late for my 1st appointment for overpriced full set Of ‘supposed’full volume lash extensions ! Pics were congruent with hybrid really & not worth the lack of fullness for a set when others have much more competitive prices but I didn’t want to drive far so was willing to establish a relationship with a new salon. Plus tried to call & I did text I was on my way yet she already had someone in a room either taking my place for lash extensions or doing Their brows or whatever! NOT professional AND you can tell she doesn’t ‘like’ (more like ‘hates’ anyone light skinned ) I have Native American in my blood & my mother has the black hair & darker skin yet still judged by ignorant, unforgiving people like she is! Very low energies this place has so don’t bother to do business with them if you don’t have black hair & they know who you are or you’re referred by an “ “established” Cherokee!!...

Rude & texted me “Yo Homey, wanna be my Uber eats!” Had a client during MY appointment time yet was outside watching me come in staring at me then had the audacity to tell me I was late & I’d texted her 3 minutes from my appt (pic attached to prove time) I was on my way (local referral) They won’t get my business & are very discriminatory & unprofessional. Never apologized for sending the very inappropriate text either ! No pics on website & The classic lash extensions look like normal lashes with a coat of mascara & volume look like classic. Not worth the money & if she can’t pay attention to who she’s texting who knows what she’d mess up on...
