Golden Art Hotel — Hotel in Hà Nội

If you want a cheap hotel with astounding service I would highly recommend you stay at the Golden Art Hotel in Hanoi. Situated in Hanoi's old quarter it can be considered a distance from Hanoi's larger streets and attractions, but with the hotel's map and tourist information provided you'll easily find your way around the city to see it's highlights.

Moving on from its location, I can only describe the hotel's service as 12/10. I have nothing bad to say about the Golden Art Hotel. I stayed here for 5 nights with a friend, each with our own room and a double bed. Free bottled water is provided daily, as well as a platter of fruit in the afternoon. The breakfast provided is delicious, with your own choice of cereal, meats, fresh fruit, noodles, pastries and more, as well as your choice off of a menu with fruity crepes, eggs cooked any way you'd like, and more again, prepared for you while you eat from the buffet. The hotel staff provide service with a smile, will look after laundry over-night, and can arrange for room service dinners and cheap taxis.

Finally, what really tipped this hotel over the scales for me, was that on the day we checked out, they offered to mind our large travel bags for us during the day as we had nothing to do but roam the city until our sleeper train that night. And when we returned that evening for our bags, coming in from a recent downpour, we were offered the use of shower facilities free of charge and were given drinking water also! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Golden Art Hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a warm welcome. The check-in process was smooth, and I was immediately impressed by the hotel’s elegant decor and inviting atmosphere.

My room was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable (on 2nd floor). The bed was plush, the linens were high-quality, and the amenities provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail was impeccable – from the complimentary refreshments to the breathtaking view from my window.

One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. They provided great recommendations for local foods and ensured I had everything I needed.

The Reception guy or the lady both are very polite and they take care of you as a family member. They ask if you had breakfast, how was the breakfast, did you like the breakfast, if not do you want us to prepare anything for you. After reaching the hotel during the day., they used to ask me how my day was. Hope it w6as wonderful day. I felt so special because of this hospitality.

About the rooms I booked a honeymoon room even though I was alone because I was getting it at the same price. The room was very well decorated for couples. I felt very romantic after entering the room. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were clean and spacious. They should keep some room freshener to make it smell really nice. The bed was very cosy but the AC was a little bit slow and it took time to cool the room as the room was big and the AC was small.

The bathroom hot water tap was very strong and the hot water came out very quickly with just a little turn. Hotel should take care of this to avoid any injury during bathing to any person.

The lift is small and can accommodate only two persons with one large luggage bag.

The breakfast is ok with some fruits, bread and a few local dishes.

The location of the hotel is very good connecting the busy street very quickly
