I stayed in this hotel for three nights as I was traveling through Asia and made a stop in Hanoi. I was very satisfied with the hotel. Here are some things I want to highlight:- The room was clean and had a cozy vibe.- The breakfast was included in the price and very good. The variety was decent and on request you could get several kinds of eggs (scrambled, omelette … you name it).- The staff was very friendly and welcoming - Conversation in English was no problem.- I can totally recommend to book an appointment at the connected spa below the hotel. You get a special rate and the massages are really good.Besides the positive points, I want to mention two heads-up:- For extra privacy, be careful when choosing the room: Even if they have a window, it might be a window, which is kind of internal (facing the hallway and another room). Because of the other room and people walking by in the hallway, I kept the blends shut the whole time.- Although the stuff was very friendly, there was one situation that should not happen: after I arrived in my room, the staff wanted to hand me some additional information and she mentioned she'll come back in a few minutes. And that time I went to the toilet and without knocking at the door or mentioning that she is back, she use the master key-card to unlock my door and went straight into my room. After I mentioned that I'm on the toilet she was gone quickly, but in terms of privacy that should not happen and the ladder should be respected.Overall, I can recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to have a perfect price-value-ratio in central Hanoi. Additionally, I want to highlight that I was able to add one night very spontaneously and even got an upgrade to a bigger balcony-room for the same rate as my small room before. I value this flexibility very high, which is why the two heads-up don't change my...

From the moment we were picked up at the airport at 2am right until we got in our taxi to leave on the final day we were greeted with happy friendly smiles the entire stay! Ruby, Lovy and Danny in reception were fantastic! They gave us plenty of tips and were so friendly!
The room was huge and so clean, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom immaculate! It was so nice after huge days of exploring Hanoi coming back to such a nice room! Something that was important to us is that the wifi worked perfectly throughout the whole hotel!
On the top floor is Grandmas Kitchen where we had buffet breakfast each morning to start our day. The food was delicious, they had plenty of Western food and just as much Vietnamese food! Win who served us each morning was so kind and just like the reception staff he was always smiling and happy to see us!
The hotel is in the perfect location it’s only a 5 minute walk east to get to the hustle and bustle of Hoan Kiem Lake where you can find the famous Beer Street, weekend night markets and of course plenty of delicious food! Take a 2 minute stroll west and you’ll be at the famous Train Street and a 5 minute walk south and you’ll be at Hoa Lo Prison filled with so much Vietnamese history.
The location is unbeatable, the rooms are amazing and the food is delicious buts it’s the staff who really made this stay unforgettable! We have been travelling for over a month through three countries and this is easily the best place we’ve stayed! We’re coming back to Hanoi after a short stay in Sapa and we’ve already booked to stay at...
Read moreWe spend 2 nights at this very nice and clean hotel. First we booked 2 separate rooms as we are a family of 3 people. When we arrived we asked if we could switch to a family room. Without hesitation they changed our booking and we got a very cozy and big family apartment.
The staff was so lovely and helpful in every moment. Everybody meets you with a smile and you immediately feel welcome. From the waiters at the breakfast to the cute ladies at the front desk and the lobby boy.
The breakfast was also great and you get pho to order. It is on the rooftop and that’s a great way to start the day with this bright room and terrace as you see on my video.
I had to give 4 stars instead of 5 for the room because in the morning you hear some noise as the stuff had to prepare the kitchen and we where close to them. And also one accident happened in the bathroom. It was not their fault but the drain exploded and water came out. The technician and stuff immediately come to fix it and cleaned everything up.
Thank you for the staff to make our first days in this busy and bubbling city very enjoyable. We will definitely come back for a stay if we one time...
