I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sourire Premium Spa in Hanoi, and it was truly an outstanding experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed with warm smiles and a serene, beautifully designed space that immediately put me at ease. The ambiance was calming, with soft music, a soothing aroma, and an immaculate, luxurious setting that felt like a true escape from the busy city.

I had the most amazing experience! I had a 60min traditional Vietnamese massage and 60min collagen facial and both were the best I’ve ever had (and I live in London and travel a lot using spa facilities frequently). I asked for medium intensity and it was perfect, firm but relaxing. Collagen Facial felt wonderful and it included face massage which was out of this world good. I feel and look years younger. The staff were lovely and so welcoming. I had a lovely tea before and after my treatments and also delicious cookies. It was a great bonus I didn’t ask for that 20% discount was applied and I also received a choice of free meal in promotion (delivered at a chosen time to my room; but they also gave me a choice of having it on another day and at an upstairs rooftop bar) All in all a wonderful experience! Had a wonderful time at this SPA. The personnel is overly professional and the environment clean and upscaled. The receptionist (Chi) welcomed me with a perfumed wet towel, a potpourri of different spices and a tea. I had a lower body massage, thighs, calfs and feet. Before the massage I got my feet washed with water perfumed with dried oranges and cinnamon. The massagist did a great job following the instructions I gave her about the the intensity and what part of my legs I needed her to work more on. When the massage was over she gave me even a quick head and shoulder massage to release the upper tension. I paid 465k VND as they give me a 20% discount ok the list price.
