Unfortunately we did not enjoy out lunch at Chaya Cocina Bar. We ordered the vegan burger, which was super dry because it had no sauces at all. We asked for some ketchup but it still did not taste like much then. The fries were not properly fried, the salad had no dressing and had very strong tasting raw onions in it. Also the service wasn‘t the best as they forgot to bring us cuttlery for the food (even when it was already there) and everything took quite long. I would not recommend this place - especially not the burger. Also the prices are way too high for what you get here.

Les súper recomiendo Chaya!!! Es un lugar súper lindo, con un montón de sitios hermosos para elegir comer... afuera en la vereda, dentro del local muy amplio, en un jardín de invierno precioso y en una terraza que tienen que es maravillosa! La comida súper buena!!! Pedimos parrillada para 2 con papas fritas, todo recién hecho, pechuga de pollo, asado de tira, morcilla, chorizo, matambre de cerdo todo muy rico servido en una parrilla que conservaba todo su calor las porciones abundantes!, todo bien presentado y rico más el lugar que es muy lindo..., que volver será seguro! La atención es excelente, súper eficiente y todos los que atendían, lo hacían con buena onda, súper cordiales y rápido. Chaya es lo mejor, lejos que se puede recomendar frente a La plaza Inmigrantes de Armenia, situada en Palermo Soho, es un perfecto lugar para ir, no se lo pierdan! Además hay barra de tragos en el salón en la terraza! Ambientación hermosa, todo muy bonito y limpio! Baños inclusive! Los precios son re accesibles. Vayan!! Después me cuentan!🙌😋 son un 1️⃣0️⃣!!! SON PET FRIENDLY!!!!!! Es decir: podés entrar con tu perrito al interior del local, jardín de invierno, terraza y obviamente en la vereda.

Pésima atención, se demoran 1 hora en traer una botella de agua, sin mencionar la hora y media para que llegue una Bruschetta y un gin con tónica cuando ni siquiera está lleno, el plato complementario de bienvenida nunca llegó despues de 1 hora 45 minutos sentados en el bar aún no teníamos nada para comer, pésimo servicio, solo una bartender con las comandas de todo restaurante, cuando se le indica al mesero la tardanza dice que son 4 personas atendiendo a 80 es culpa del cliente eso? Horrible servicio, he estado en todo tipo de restaurantes en 125 países distintos y este servicio es el peor sin duda.No se lo recomiendo a nadie,que lastima que mi paso por buenos aires termine así después de haber tenido excelente atención en otros lugares como La Mar, hotel faena, hotel Hilton, parolaccia entre otros. Pedí hablar con manager, nadie apareció , en la foto el plato de cortesía que llegó 1 hora con 45 minutos después de haber pedido el primer trago y no siquiera nos dieron servilletas. Esperamos ya que teníamos ganas de ver a la banda que tocaba en la terraza en el segundo piso del lugar.

Despite the 3.9 star ratings, my friends and I decided to visit the place thinking it couldn’t get that bad. The pretty bar and beautiful setting made a good first impression. We went to the terrace which was again very beautiful. We ordered some drinks and everything was going good so far. But, they took almost an hour to get 5 drinks to us and we were poorly attended despite there being no other customers in the whole place. My friend paid the bill and we went to another place to get dinner. While paying for the dinner, my friend realized she had lost her purse (which was inside her bag), which she might have dropped at this place. So, we came back to this place and explained them the situation. They offered us zero help and instead started whispering to each other, making things very suspicious. They seriously need to improve the way they interact...

We had a seriously disappointing meal here on new years eve, they have no printed menus and the QR code menu is seriously lacking any detail so it's hard to know what you're getting. The food quality was poor when it arrived, and then they tried to charge us 18k for a side salad that we never ordered, although this was thankfully rectified. There are much better value restaurants out there with better...
