AVOID AVOID AVOID! Worst place ever! 40 dollars gone to waste!

I have eaten (and worked) in restaurants all over the world (from fast food to michelin star restaurants) but I have NEVER seen such terrible customer service! When you eat here you will be indirectly asked to leave the very second your food arrives. Most uncomfortable and rude! When the staff brought the tiniest mini burgers ever (for over 3000 dram what a cheat) you get the bill thrown in your face with the question cash or card. We explained to them politely that this is not done plus that we might order more so what is the rush. But their response is "this is the restaurant rule". Where exactly do you come up with such rules? You obviously have ZERO hospitality experience. Shame on the management.

And now for the rest of the experience: tiny overpriced burgers. Taste was ok. very loud rap rude music, not cosy at all milkshake is 50% cream. Cheating! fries arrive before the drinks and the rest of the food only 1 member of staff seems to be running around bill shoved in our face when the burgers arrived sauce portions are really tiny for 400 dram each you have to ask 4 times for salt until it arrives you only get 1 dirty crumpled menu per table

Be ready to spend over 40 dollars for a couple of burgers and fries. Not at all proportionate to the salaries in Armenia.

We have never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant before in our lives. They throw the bill at you when the food arrives so that you leave quickly. Extremely rude.

Complete rip off place. Don't bother. Not even for the milkshakes! Never again.

Heard a lot about this place, it was very hyped on social media so I was expecting a lot. The atmosphere was really nice, great decorations, felt like we were in the States. The food tastes good it’s just pretty small portions so if you want to get full you’ll need more than one menu so it will get expensive easily. The burgers were nice, chicken honey mustard is recommended if you visit. The best thing was their fries, they were really good. The cheddar paprika sauce didn’t have much taste so kind of useless to order it. I had high hopes for this new burger joint, but the experience left much to be desired. The only redeeming factor was the food itself; everything else was a disaster. We waited 15 minutes just to get inside. The payment system was confusing, and it took more than 10 minutes to get our change. When we requested a simple customization due to lactose intolerance, we were told it wasn't possible. Another friend asked about a menu item, only to be told that the menu was outdated. To make matters worse, our food took a staggering 49 minutes to arrive (see photo), while others who arrived later were served before us.
