Espress It — Restaurant in Yerevan

Nice place. Convenient location. Almost no parking. friendly staff. Wheelchair accessibility - 2.5/5. The food and drinks here are average. I ordered English breakfast here three times and all three times they brought me literally raw eggs. every time you have to squirm around in an extremely unappetizing substance similar to mucus. The cafe management should admit that sunny side up eggs should not be raw! a raw egg is not the same as for instance rare steak. There should be no completely raw liquid on top of the eggs! it doesn’t look appetizing and is unpleasant to eat. The last time I asked to fix it, the cooks took the eggs back that I had already picked at trying to remove the mucus on top of the scrambled eggs and simply fried them on both sides. However, aside from the sunny side up eggs problems, there are some not-so-bad hashbrowns here. the bread was delicious. The coffee glasses are very beautiful. If the problems with the sunny side up eggs are fixed. I can give it a rating of 4/5. because it's an average but cute inside and staff are nice. It's not bad, but there's nothing outstanding...

Everything about this place was great, ESPECIALLY the decor and atmosphere, personally, I loved the sofa in the middle that is connected to middle pillar and goes around to the other side of the cafe, and overall the vibe and aesthetic were very satisfying, I don’t know that’s the best word I can describe it with. THE ONLY CONCERN that I have, isn’t necessarily something that they can work on to make better, but for me it’s like I can definitely find alternatives that have this factor; it’s the prices. This is one of those cafes were (at least for me) the deal breaker is the prices, everything else is great, except for the prices, if only they were lower. Like I said just because of that J can find alternatives and probably never come back to this place unless someone I’m going out with specifically says we go here, but even then I’d argue ti find a better place. I'm writing this review while sitting in this coffee shop, enjoying their freshly brewed coffee and catching up with some work. The customer service, from the baristas to the server is exceptional. They are polite, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I'm visiting Yerevan for the first time and have already been here twice. I highly recommend it. The location is great too.
