Level Eleven Rooftop — Restaurant in Yerevan

This place situated at the beginning of northern avenue coming from Abovian street promised so so much. The place being rooftop provided excellent views of republic square, but when I arrived on Thursday night, it was completely empty. Had difficulty communicating with staff member for to language issue. Ordered dolma and BBQ chicken. The meat was tough and when I tried to explain this to the staff member, the response I received was 'this is how everyone has their meat'. Not sure whether they are not used to getting complains or having a bad day. I told the person politely that the meat way tough to me, but it felt like the staff member had stopped listening.

I had such high hopes for this place and would have come back with colleagues and friends here, but one visit and interaction with the staff member was sufficient to lure me out of coming again.

Something exactly opposite to Lavash restaurant where the staff offered not to charge for the meat which I found tough. Had to fight there to pay for my complete meal there in a pleasantly surprised way.

Пришли в субботу вечером — в зале пусто. Сразу насторожило. Работал только один официант, делал все очень не быстро. Воду, например, несли 15 минут. Еда была неплохая: утка и форель вкусные, но говядина слишком сухая, трава в брускетте слишком ядреная на вкус, а спринг роллы пресные. Еще увидели таракана прямо на кресле в зале… В конце принесли счет, где посчитали блюдо дважды. Хорошо, что перепроверили сами, иначе оказались бы обманутыми.
