NAVAT by Chaihona — Restaurant in Yerevan

We have been to this place twice during our first visit to Yerevan, in the first time we had the most amazing service and we loved it a lot that we decided to come again with our friends who we met and highly recommended it to them, However in the next visit which was on Friday 23rd December 2022 at 10 pm , we had the most bad service ever presented by the lady name “ Kristina” she was super unfriendly , unprofessional, made us feel totally and utterly unwelcome and made us feel embarrassed in front of our friends specially that we recommended it before, to make things even worse, our bill cost total of 26,000 DRAMS, we paid 30,000 DRAMS and were waiting for our change, yet Kristina took the entire amount and did not bring change ON PURPOSE, to the extend that i went and asked her personally for the change , she acted fool and said this is tips to embarrass me more in front of everyone and in front of my wife.

I will never recommend your place for anyone anymore and this is why such a good place to loose good business because of the quality of workers.

Shall you improve your restaurant reputation , I would recommend to look into your waiters starting with the so called …...

There are better places out there. The ambience was good, the music was good, they had a dj. As in most places im Yerevan they automatically charging 10% for service, it stated in the menu. We ordered some plov and meat and potatoes and their tea. We had to remind people about our order, the service was slow but we didn't mind since the atmosphere was great. The waitress spilled half of my tea on my clothes and table so I asked to bring more tea...things happen, no big deal. I assumed since the tea wss on my clothes I would get the second cup for free. Well surprise, we were charged for extra tea, also we were overcharged for extra bottle of wine we haven't ordered and since we already paid by credit card they agreed to pay us back by cash for the wine. We had to point that not the whole amount were brought back and they said that 10% that they charge their clients goes to the 'office' and not to them so they were also expecting more tips. Horrible, the administrator girl lied that there is no place for two people, I ignored her because I saw from outside that many places are available as the windows are transparent. When I was in without waiting she let me in,I saw many empty places....i sat down and they couldn't say anything otherwise i would call the manager.She is Horrible to work there,so rude ,so arrogant was her behavior 😑.They are professional to spoil people's mood....when I did my order,the chef told the waitres " why are u typing such less orders?" They are so stupid ,I can't order more just to satisfy them with big bill.......but I understand they want to welcome thouse people who will order much more food and are not friendly with thouse who order less as they are 2 people............THIS IS HUMILIATING PEOPLE......they look at people as wallets.....the one is full with money more acceptable, those who order less are not welcomed.......they must...
