How much I love this brand, so much I was disappointed with the service in this store. I bought a present (shoes) that after I gave it as a present we discovered that shoes in the box are of different sizes of the same foot. After we came to the store for exchange, no one even thought of sayin oh, sorry, our mistake, we will change it right away. And we were not making any noise or being rude.
