Ariake On Grey — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Last month I was in Brisbane for an overnight stay with my toddler at the Queensland Children's Hospital. In a hurry to catch our train in the evening to the airport, I really needed to use a toilet- I asked the young woman at the counter where the nearest toilet was, but she said there wasn't one. However, a young man (not sure if it was the manager/owner/staff) working there, overheard me asking while he was talking on the phone and stopped what he was doing to kindly offer me the staff key to the toilets in the the metro building. To the man, thank you so much for your kind gesture, I was really grateful...

I went there with my friend to get sushi for dinner - we only got one roll because we weren't very hungry. Staff were extremely pleasant and caring. We later went back because the sushi was great and ordered another roll. The staff were sooo nice they gave us a free roll. I will be going back again for sure.

Also I usually don't like avocado rolls because the avocado is always taste bad but this is the best avocado roll I have ever tasted avocado was perfect and good prices too. They need a tips jar it would be full...

Very attentive customer service. Fresh shashimi and reasonably priced compared to other Japanese restaurants in the area. Located next to South Bank train station and bus stop.
