Brisbane Bakehouses — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I have visited this place a few times and have spent over $30-$40 dollars each time for a friend and myself. I have had the worst customer service each time the older lady has served me. She can't hear properly and was rather rude addressing me instead of getting herself a hearing aid. She has this sour look on her face every time Ive had to order, like I've annoyed her during her soap operas. Because I've ordered for two people I've asked her to put one of each item into separate bags, but she refused and said I can just do it myself. It would be a cold day in hell before I go back...

I experienced the worst possible customer service from this business on the phone on Saturday 24th November. The two people I talked with were incredibly rude and uninterested in answering a simple question: "Do you sell cream and jam donuts?".

I'm normally very understanding in regards to customer service but this was shocking and completely ruined any chances of me setting foot in Brisbane Bakehouse.

Quality dropped down over the years. Most recent visit, baked pastries were dry and hard to swallow. Some items are pretty decent but a majority of it is just old and satisfactory.
