Christina’s Vibes Cafe — Restaurant in Brisbane City

After hearing all the hype, the takeaway coffee I ordered did not taste good at all. Slightly bitter, that 'burnt coffee' aftertaste you experience on the back of your tongue.

I'll give 'em a second chance and update my review if all goes well.

Edit: Went in three more times after this, on the fourth time taking the Owner up on their kind offer.

I'm sad to say that every coffee I had there besides that last time was not good. I tried an espresso, I tried a long black (and my friend tried a long black too), and I tried another large latte.

I'm not trying to be mean, I genuinely feel bad writing this, but they were bad. My original Large Latte I could taste the sourness through all the milk. The espresso, unmasked by milk, it was completely sour.

When I went and showed them the review to claim the free coffee that was offered, it was good.

Some of your staff is letting you down.

The prices are way too high for only maybe getting a good...

Rude customer service, I wouldn’t recommend this place only because of the person taking the orders, disgusting attitude and very condescending towards customers. I work with people that have even had the same experience. I’ve seen many reviewers on here also saying that the order service lady is quite rude so I don’t know how she hasn’t been fired yet or they haven’t lost business because of this one person. They really need to talk to this lady because she really needs to fix this because it makes people not want to go back... great food but I will not be going back just because of this off...

I visited this coffee shop three times this month, the coffee was good. But the lady who take the order for me was very unfriendly. Her attitude is very rude, and let I keep repeating my needs（Just asking for "extra sugar"）. Then she said impatiently that she didn't understand at all, which made me feel offended. Maybe it's because I'm Asian. Because based on my observations and feedback from other Asian friends, she will only change her attitude when she receives non-Asian people.
