i got the special a pork vietnamese roll(bahn mi). warm pork, vegies, added chilli cuz you just can't not. i got a vietnamese iced coffee. these 2 things together not only sustained me but didnt break the bank at a mere $14 almost anyone could afford to eat here every day.

the pork was cooked and seasoned to perfection, the bahn mi was so flaky and soft and fresh, the veges were so fresh and delicious, the chilli was bitey and fresh and a welcome addition. i give it a solid 4.5/5 it was only lacking a little but almost flawless.

the Vietnamese coffee is one of the best i have had, and while i understand that it is a simple thing people often get the ratios off and the coffee they use is too bitter and counteracts the sweetness.

this was a solid 4.5/5 not overly sweet, not overly bitter, not too creamy, but could have been a tad but stronger but thats also a me thing.

the service was amazing, friendly, quick, efficient and an overall pleasant experience

Food average topped with extremely rude service. A member in our group ordered a roast pork roll with crackling. They gave cold pork straight out of the cold display fridge and topped it with crackling from the warmer. Obviously a problem with communication. When questioned we were told this was what was ordered, and it was a very popular roll here. No offer to amend the mistake only graced with dirty looks, heading shakings and speaking in a different language amongst them selves that we couldn't understand only to assume they were talking about us. We awkwardly waited for the next 3 rolls (egg and bacon) and got out of there. We will never be back and wouldn't...

I walked past this place on my way back to hotel on work trip to Bris. Having been a traveller to Vietnam a few times, I always look out for traditional Vietnamese food. The banh mi for $8.50 is incredible and I have practically lived on it for dinner while in Bris. The perfect blend of ingredients makes every bite a pleasure. Today I tried a pie, steak and mushroom, and it was amazing!! Great chunks of beef and very tasty. I have rice paper rolls for dinner and they look fantastic. $8 for three is very reasonable. It's just a little cafe, so you won't be going there for romantic dinners, but the food was fresh and tasty and the service...
