Hashtag Burgers and Waffles Fish Lane — Restaurant in Brisbane City

A unique take on fish, chips and burgers.

Initially I thought my order was wrong the first time I came here, as it turns out they dont use traditional buns and it makes for a unique burger experience i havnt had anywhere else. I wont spoil it but Id definitely ask about the bun situation if you are interested.

The menue is funny and mostly well thought out, my only criticism is the order they've displayed the items makes it a bit hard to read at a glance to work out whats the "cheese burger" or "deluxe" equivalent but asside from that the individual items are well crafted and very tasty!

Chips lacked salt on some but otherwise crunchy and great value to $ ratio.

Lastly the very cool and well thought out marvel merchandise is an absolute draw to the venue.

Overall, if it was a busy day, id happily sit in line...

Found this cute little burger bar as we didn’t know where to go to eat, we needed a casual spot while we waited for my daughter to finish at her Xmas party I checked google where to eat in fish lane, Hashtag Burger, this place was amazing, had aircon, the burger pattie had so much flavour, melted in my mouth each bite. I packed a classic burger deal today. Unbelievable it only cost $14.50 If no fries, the classic burger is only $10!!!! (I mean this is 2023 and the location is Fish Ln!!! HELLO!!)

And the taste and quality have not been reduced because cheap. On the contrary, it is very fresh and delicious.

The classic burger is something I will definitely order when I go to an unfamiliar burger restaurant for the first time. I'm sure I'll definitely be back for burgers again!

Personally, I feel there are a few things that need to be improved.

1: Improve the speed of serving. 2: Please put napkins in the takeaway bag. 3: French fries do not come with any dipping sauce. Having dipping sauces is always a good idea, even if it's an additional cost. We need garlic aioli,...
