Asked if the Mocha is syrup or powder.

Individual said it was powder saw her use some kind of liquid or chocolate syrup. Then powder on the top. All the syrups are on display another reason I asked.

Couldn’t be bothered asking to fix it. Easier to leave a review

Honesty is better then lying.

Mocha should be made with cocoa powder or at least some kind of chocolate milk blend powder. Followed with a shot of coffee.

People ask these questions based on preferences and possibly health related reasons. Regardless Honesty is the key.

Placed an order for 4 small coffees. Instantly realised the long black was meant to be large instead of small. I never left the counter and waited to ask if I could pay the difference. I was not acknowledged for several minutes and was then told it’s too late to change as it’s being made.

I literally only needed a larger cup with some hot water and I would have done the rest.

The long black was for a very sick terminal old lady.

Disgusted.

Disappointed from their Food, Service and attitude of the guy who was making a coffee so rude with aggressive eye contact.

He didn’t make a right order and when I requested to change it he gave me an aggressive eye contact, so I decided to walk away with the wrong coffee order.
