Oakberry Acai West End — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I’ve been living in Australia for almost 8 years now. I tried so many açais in here: in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Gold Coast and Brisbane. I’ve ordered açaí bowls, juices… and nothing was not even close to our Brazilian original açaí. Until I tried Oakberry.

First time that the açaí was not blended with apple or orange juice, coconut water or anything like that. It is our original flavour. It is delicious! It is sweet as it’s meant to be! And you can mix it with so many toppings that it’s a pleasure in a cup! This is indeed not only the best, but the true real açaí you will find in Australia!

And the West End store has the best staff, environment and location in town! You go there to order yourself a cup, and also to make new friends! At least once a week I’m around having...

I visited this place for the first time today (Jan 4 at 12:30 pm), and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to the behaviour of the two teenage staff members working at the time.

As it was my first visit, I needed a moment to decide what to order. When I finally placed my order (The Tropical), the staff began laughing, exchanging glances, and whispering to each other in a way that was clearly directed at me. It was uncomfortable and felt incredibly unprofessional.

I’m not sure what they found amusing about my order, but their attitude certainly left a negative impression. While the place itself seems promising, the conduct of the staff completely ruined the experience. Sadly, this will be my first and last visit. I wouldn’t...

I don't usually write reviews on stores, however my experience at oak berry west end today has to be shared. The kindness and friendliness from the teenage worker in the store around 4pm Wednesday should be recognised and congratulated. As it was my first time at oak berry, I was nervous, I struggle from social anxiety so this was quite daunting for me. I was greeted with a big welcoming smile from the young girl, she patiently waited for me as I looked at the menu, helping me understand the options, even recommending her favourites! We went on to have a chat about my day and she genuinely was interested, it was clear she had a true positive attitude about working at oak berry. I will DEFINITELY be returning to this...
