There are bartenders... and then there’s Seth. This man isn’t just slinging drinks he’s orchestrating symphonies in a glass. Charismatic, confident, and freakishly good at what he does, Seth is the kind of bartender who remembers your order, your vibe, and somehow also your soul. His cocktail knowledge? God-tier. His service? Flawless. If Zeus himself descended for a esspresso martini, Seth’s would have him weeping.

But wait! the excellence doesn’t stop there. Raeven is a powerhouse of warmth and energy, with a smile that lights up the bar and service that makes you feel like royalty. He is sharp, kind, and quick on his feet, the kind of bartender who could probably mix a martini blindfolded and still ask how your day was with genuine care.

And Anushka? Don’t even get me started. A quiet storm of grace and capability, she’s the anchor of calm and control behind the bar. Her knowledge, professionalism, and attentiveness shine through in every interaction.

Her cocktail skills are unreal — perfectly balanced, creative, and absolutely delicious. You can tell she knows her stuff and loves what she does. Watching her behind the bar is like watching a mixology wizard at work. ✨🍹

These three are the holy trinity of bartending at The Catchment. If management isn’t shouting their praises from rooftops, I’ll do it louder: DON’T LOSE THEM.

The Catchment is more than a venue it’s a vibe, a sanctuary, a place where people want to be because of the people running the show. Seth, Raeven, and Anushka are the heart, soul, and backbone. Catchment did a fantastic job of our wedding reception. We had 35 people for a seated dinner in the upstairs room, Hidden Windows.

The room is nicely decorated and they were happy for us to bring additional decorations to get it just right. We got some great photos out on the balcony that overlooks the front of the venue.

The venue plays great music and also gave us the option of playing our own Spotify playlist. We did both throughout the night

The head chef, Mike, sat down with us to figure out what type of meal we wanted. He was great at coming up with ideas and showing us how everything would look.

On the day, the food was prepared perfectly and our guests loved it. When Mike overheard a few people talking about how good the calamari was, he sent them out an extra one :)

It goes without saying, but the beer was great. There was room for 4 different beers on the taps in our room. I think their Pale Select is a good choice that most people will enjoy.

In addition to all of the above, I need to mention Mike saving us from a mini disaster. When our cake was delivered, it was in much worse shape than what we’d ordered and we later got a refund for it. In a very short amount of time Mike managed to fix it up and get it back to being presentable. The before and after photos are very impressive

Came in for lunch today with my family. Was forced to ask for a refund as the establishment failed to provide any acceptable vegetarian options. There were no specials available (no salads, burgers or pastas) and only one vegano option which I did not find palatable. I went to order the fritters but was told after I paid that they had run out. I asked if the chef could make another vegetarian alternative but was confronted with outright rejection. The staff were rude and showed no empathy for my situation nor would take any responsibility for the inability to meet basic customer needs. Seriously disappointed with the level of service provided; particularly in view of the 'refined' and 'deconstructed' menu accompanied by the obvious lack of skill and initiative to make a simple...
