I came here with my sister for a Friday long lunch and we’re just totally blown away by the quality of the foooooood!! AND COCKTAILS!!!
When the food came out, we’re so impressed with how beautiful it was all presented and it was giving that 5 stars hotel high quality vibe!!
After learning that the chef, Michael Nopre had many years experience in 5 star hotels in Dubai & NYC, it made a lot of sense!! His talent, passion and experience really shone through!!
We had the oysters, and of course they were freshly shucked, served on a bed of coarse salt with a lemon wedge and fresh raspberry granita.
They tasted absolutely STUNNING!!! Fresh, juicy, delicious… exactly how fresh succulent oysters should taste like and the raspberry granita took it to the next level of oyster euphoria!!🥰
We also had the steak tartare: Hand Cut Angus Beef Tartare, Sesame, Smoked Soy, Egg Yolk, Pine Nuts, Garlic Chives, Pear. MIND BLOWN!! The flavours of the smoked soy marinade and sesame, combined with the yolk made the taste so velvety and dreamy… the crunchy pine nuts and sweet crisp pears, ohmygoodness.. it just WORKS!!!👌👌👌
Between the starters and mains, we had this really beautiful salad of Buffalo Mozzarella & Heirloom Tomato, Arugula Pesto, Pine Nuts, Basil Oil & Crisp Crouton and it was just sublime!! We thoroughly enjoyed the creaminess of the mozzarella, the fresh n sweet flavours of the heirloom tomatoes, the pine nuts, pesto, basil oil… everything just complimented one another so well!🤤
For the mains we had the steak frites & pulled beef short ribs marinated in Tasmanian whiskey BBQ sauce, on flat bread with roasted capsicum & goats cheese. Just bursting with all the delectable flavours you didn’t really expect from a flat bread pizza dish!!
And the steak just really topped off our lunch phenomenally!! Chef spoiled us with this excellent cut of Wagyu sirloin, perfectly marbled and cooked exactly how it should be enjoyed. And the way he presented it as well. Beautifully sliced, served with green pepper jus, chive oil, seared shallots and shoestring fries sprinkled with purple salt!!! How delightful!!💜💜💜

oooo their oysters were super fresh and with the raspberry granita which complimented them nicely!🤤🤩their shuck their oysters fresh to order which is impressive to me!✨🦪
i’ve never had beef tartare before so it was my first time!🥹🥰the smoked yolk and pear really combined well with the beef, if you can get past the texture of it, the flavours are quite nice!
oh my god the bao… i CANNOT express how good this was!🤤🤩huge fluffy bao bun with crispy and juicy flavorful chicken wow chefs kiss🥳
the pizza was so good🥹🥰one of my fav pizzas now actually, i love more softer pizza bases and this checked the box, the flavours of the mushroom and chorizo were delicious!🤤🍕
