Beerpourium — Restaurant in Fremantle

Look no further than Beerpourium to host your next function! We had a farewell party for our son here on the weekend. From the very well organised, seating, food, service and hospitality - our day was just perfect. We had an assortment of wood fired pizzas,  platters of tapas, chicken parmi fingers, sliders and spring rolls. Each dish was more delicious than the next! Highly recommend you get an assortment of platters - everyone commented on the high quality of the food! We had 4 small children under 4 and they were well occupied with the little bowling green, the older teens played pool and foosball and the footy was showing on the tv screens. A perfect afternoon for all in attendance and something for everyone. The older folk had chairs and tables to sit at while the younger ones milled around or sat on stools or at the higher tables. Dave and Frieda were so friendly, helpful and excellent servers. Elevator access for those who have trouble with stairs and you have a wonderful view of Fremantle being upstairs on the cappuccino strip! We have been here a few times now, and it was on the first visit that we made the decision to hold my wifes 50th Birthday here. We booked the place out on a Saturday night in October, and invited around 70 or so of our closest mates and family.

Scott and the team made everything about the night go flawlessly, we gave them an idea of the types of food we wanted, and they made sure there was more than enough to go around, we told them what sort of music we liked, and they helped us pick a band for the night, Scott was also happy to order in a couple of kegs of beer of our choice to include in the tap selections on the night.

Looking back on it a couple of weeks later, I still can't think of anything that went wrong with the night. Every one of our guests had a great time and many have commented on how impressed they were with the venue and staff.

Not only is the Beerpourium one of our favourite places for a relaxing drink, it's now permanently on the short list for any future...

Food came out slow, very cold, and they messed up the table numbers.

One of the staff members we spoke to about the issues didn't seem to care, an apology came from a seperate team member and offered to have the food redone.

The first server offered to bang it in the microwave. Pathetic.

EDIT: even after we had finished eating they were still bringing food out for our table for orders we didn't make. 🤨

EDIT2: owners reply: The bar was low, that just shows how easy it would have been to get a good rating, yet yours failed miserably on all fronts. Food and service are pathetic. Keep massaging your own ego instead of addressing common issues, does wonders for...
