Okay so here it is the review everyone has been waiting for (not really). I was invited over a year ago for Sunday Brunch. It was AMAZING! I brought my family here last week in the hopes of showing them that there is a better option than KFC.
The front of house is always my main focus when coming to a restaurant as that is what sets the tone. The staff were nice and explained that they were 5 mins away from opening, no worries I thought life is good. My brothers took advantage of the complimentary Chandon Rosé and almost lost their sense of direction. We were taken on a express tour of the buffet and seated.
We sat there eye-balling one another wandering who was going to volunteer to watch the kids and our belongings. No one volunteered so we all stood up and smashed each other over in a desperate attempt to line up first in the hot food section. As we are a family of big boys we do not find one dinner plate suffices so it was a delight to find a stack of plates directly under the eggs and bacon. We raced back to our seats and devoured the food to the sweet sounds of the artist that played soft, melodic finger-style YouTube covers. He was awesome!.
Unless you grew up in Ceasar's Palace I can not entirely fault the food. Yes some things taste like they were bought in by suppliers but on the whole the substantial items were tasty. Generally, such a diverse range will lack somewhere either in quality, appearance or taste. I did not find enough points to fault any such dissatisfaction and as an Overseer of a Hospitality Chain I completely respect that.
The price, I do not find to be "pricey" for what it's truly worth. Many will say that the food is not worth the money but they are use to getting things for free or cheap or worse, another country. People just don't understand what goes on behind the scenes and how much planning and effort it takes to start with an idea and bring it to the table, literally. To create a diverse menu that can cater for as many people as possible (especially the whinging whales) is no easy feat. I applaud you.
The freshly made crepes upon request are delicious! My only regret is we did not stay long enough. Well done Bazaar!

Read moreBreakfast buffet has huge variety. It is $40 per head so we unite expensive. For us we were lucky as our package included breaky. So there is lots to choose from. Heads up, there are poached eggs and hollandaise sauce so you can make your own eggs Benedict. There is a gluten free station too. So my advice to management is to place signage at the gluten free station because others are eating unknowingly gluten free products leaving no food for the coeliac sufferers that can't eat anything else. Also to you are running the risk of cross contamination creating risk for your guests to get sick. Also you there needs to be communicating to guests that omelettes can be cooked on demand. Breakfast staff should not be eating food with their hands directly in view of customers as I saw yesterday an elder Asian lady do so. She plucked out strips of salmon out of package and into her mouth in full view. Then she placed remainder of salmon into a bowl to give to the omelette maker chef. Also please fix up your wobbly tables and get staff to clean tables. We should not be shown to a table and seated that is dirty. Dinner buffet. Wow what an experience. The red head lady her service was impeccable and I'm sorry I didn't get your name. She was lovely and informative and very helpful all evening. Thanks. Oysters pippys and mussels were extremely poor sized. They actually looked illegal sized. Prawns were yummy. Steak cooked on demand as much as you like just ask and let chef know how you like it cooked. This was the highlight for me as I had 3 steaks. A huge variety on offer for dinner and desert bar to die for. Loved the self serve ice cream machine and all the toppings. Just wished I didn't get so full. It is priced at $75ea but again we were lucky cause we got a free dinner with our package. I would pay for it though. Loads of gluten free options just ask the chefs at each station and they will show you. So overall definite must to visit breakfast and dinner and make sure you are...
Read moreI had dinner last night and had great time with my family. However, I am not sure I will comeback in the future again.
Normally, Me and my wife spend 50-70 dollars for dinner and we go out couple of times per week for dinner. Last night, I was going to have dinner at Citrique for $99 buffet but they only open buffet for weekend. So, we decided to visit Bazzar.
Good I felt the foods are fresh. especially, Prawns were very nice. Customer service was good. Staffs were checking tables regularly to cleaning dishes and ready for helping orders. Sparkling water was free of charge There were many toppings for ice cream
Bad I already checked Bazzar does not offer many kinds of foods but I was surprised with the foods. Two different fishes Deep fried chicken Beef wrap Risotto 3 different pizzas Cheeses and Salami Shell, Mussel Prawns and Shell Fried Noodle Karaage Veggie curry(spicy) Bun and Dumplings Desserts(Fruits, Cake and Icecream) Spring roll Steak The above was almost all. It was my first time buffet has very small number of dishes. There was no labels or explanation of food. So I had struggling to talk to staffs to get a food which I want to try. Also, there is no any explanation what we can order other dishes. I knew they have steak so I ordered but I just saw that they have dumplings and spring rolls when I leave the restaurants. Restaurant was cold but Dishes were cold as well. Especially, steaks was not hot or warm due to the dishes. There was no dishes or utensil for a baby. I do understand my baby did not pay for the buffet but it was bit sad.
As I mentioned, my family had good time. However, I would not like to recommend or visit for next time. Me and my wife are think $79 with the condition is expensive for us. If they provide same customer service with a lot more foods and more price, it may be better.
I do understand Buffet is hard with COVID19 but it is still expensive for me.
I hope this feedback will help to improve...
