We were with friends on the prowl for lunch!! We googled food and up came Cafe Aviva Southport.. The food was everything we would have wished for! There was an instant where there was a fish bone in a fillet that got stuck in a person's throat. This was not anyone's fault. The person I was with didn't want to eat the fish so the management refunded the money and made another meal at no coast. Management was very apologetic and accommodating. I very seldom post a negative review but I feel everyone needs to read this. The staffed seemed LOVELY. BUT the spinach and feta filo .. was DISGUSTING. The Pastry smooth, pale and pasty - not pastry like at all.. The Spinach was sloppy, no texture and no taste.
