I feel ripped off from this business. I would give a 0 if I could. The false advertising is huge here - they have loaded shakes on the menu for $8 (small) which we ordered and they started making it. They then said the price was $21 (for two). The math isn’t mathing. Nowhere did they mention that additional toppings were extra - they added toppings in our shakes without our permission and wanted us to pay for them when we didn’t ask. We just wanted the $8 small loaded shakes as advertised on their menu. We feel like $10.50 per small shake was ridiculous as half of the cup wasn’t even full and it was so milky and had no substance in it. NEVER COME HERE! The lady working here was also rude and her attitude wasn’t hospitable at all. I had low expectations from a business that is open so late but this is lower than I thought. I don’t get upset a lot but when you rip me off and potentially intend to rip more people off in the future, that’s when it’s not okay. I am disgusted and will tell everyone I know about my experience....

Came in and there were no staff out the front when the girl with black curly hair finally came out to serve me she gave me a dirty look. I ordered one of the caramel coma loaded shakes that is advertised as “extra thick” and advertised with mix ins I would expect a shake that is thick and has the advertised mix ins which costs over $10 to be as advertised but no i got in the car and took a sip and the shake if you could even call it that was basically just milk with the tiniest hint of flavour. And then the same girl gave me a dirty look when I proceeded to order an ice cream with my shake. Absolutely disgusted with the service here and the quality of products especially considering it was the complete opposite of what I ordered and what was advertised. Usually love coming to cold rock as the workers are usually lovely and I don’t mind spending a little extra for a high quality product but after this visit I think I will reconsider where I get...
