Went there for the first time and mainly for the authentic Taiwanese food on the menu. But we were disappointed. The fish tempura looked like under cooked potato chips, the colour was so pale we though they gave us someone else order. It tasted very blend, other than the pepper salt sprinkled on top, couldn't taste anything else. This also goes for the rest of the dishes we ordered. Tastes were all very blend. Non spicy beef brisket noodle soup were tasteless/ very blend. The soup stock tasted like plain water. The beef were in good chunky size but tasteless. We didn't order any sizzling dishes, but they sounded and smelled nice as they were served to other tables. The soup in different noodle soup dishes we ordered were all tasteless and like plain water. The lady in charge of the counter and overall service looked tired and no smiles at all. This is a very average Taiwanese food eatery compared to other Taiwanese eateries we have been to. Although there are decent number of choices on the menu, and good values for money in terms of serving sizes. But if the taste of authenticity and great service are not important to you, then this would be a place for you to visit. Limited tables inside so you may need to wait during peak hours. Free parking in nearby car parks. We will not be returning again...

This time, the popcorn chicken wasnât as juicy as I remembered, which was a bit disappointing. Still, compared to other places on the Gold Coast that claim to serve Taiwanese food, this one is definitely more reliable and less of a gamble.
If youâre a homesick Taiwanese living abroad, this is a solid spot to satisfy your cravings. Theyâve got a good range of dishes like Three Cup Chicken, Night Market Teppanyaki Noodles and more....

Their menu showcases authentic Taiwanese local cuisine, and the presentation of the food is impressive. In addition to traditional dishes, they offer a chicken salad, which provides a healthy option for those who want more vegetables with their meal. One of the highlights of this restaurant is that they primarily use ceramic bowls and plates instead of cheaper, toxic melamine. However, some smaller plates are still made of melamine. It would be ideal if they could replace those with...
