Saigon Delight 99 — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

A year after the last time ☺️ I had wonton soup, pork belly Clay pot and some rice. The soup was very nice😋👍🏻 I was looking forward to having the clay pot dish first time 🤗 It’s just only pork belly 😂 no vegetables. Then very salty😭 Is it normal seasoning??? I can’t explain the taste of it😅 How should I have to eat it with???? It was enough 1/3 of pork belly for a bowl of rice😣 Mmmm🤔 Unfortunately, it isn't worth the price for this dish for me😔 I should have asked the waiter what is the best way to enjoy this dish😭 I might try some different dish next time 😋

4⭐️It’s my first visit for lunch then the 8th restaurant for trying Bun Bo Hue in GC 😋😋 It’s going to be last place for it. I had it $16.9 and Son choy bow $6.9 for entree. Noodle coming first 😅 that’s ok. I love that soup 🥰 and it unique noodle it looked between rice noodle and glass noodle 😳 San choy bow was a little different which I know 😅 but tasted good with the plum sauce 😋it’s a warm salad??😆 They were Vietnamese customers next to me. Recently opened this Vietnamese restaurant offers authentic south Vietnamese cuisine at a reasonable price in the heart of Southport Central...cosy if a little cramped yet it's worth the wait if necessary... the serving sizes are adequate with fresh ingredients... the service is definitely 10 out of 10 with genuinely nice staff who are eager to please.

I decided to wait 2 weeks before writing a review though have visited 4 times both by myself and with colleagues..what was quite a vast menu has been decreased to accommodate for both the size of the kitchen and the establishment itself.. Ban Xeo or Vietnamese pancakes along with some other dishes have been deleted from the menu..a shame as those dishes are some of my favourites...however I appreciate the honesty and highly recommended any of the other dishes.

This is truly a taste of Saigon in downtown Southport..do yourself a favour...pay them a visit.. you won't be...

Service was very low. I have a take away order, I ordered through phone call and staff don’t even confirm the order with me which i have to confirm w them. Later when my friend come to pick up which turned out to be the wrong one, I ordered Chicken Pho ,they gave me the chicken salad ( my friend has confirmed one more time about the order when they came to pick up ); then I called back to ask for chicken Pho but again I have to say that the service was terrible they can’t give any solutions to solve it. I open the order and checked it but staff seem to be don’t believed in what i am saying and keep saying that he gave me the right ones ( the pics I uploaded below is the the piece of evidence:) ) Im very disappointed .
