I just wanted to acknowledge the hard work from the 1 chef and his team. We went to Pan Asia on Friday the week of Christmas which obviously is a busy period for any restaurant/Cafe. There was 3 of us friends going out for a lovely lunch. There was 2 other orders before us and hey... Yes, there was a wait of around 30mins but if you have the time, to relax and chat with your family and friends or keep yourself entertained on ya phones then a wait for a freshly cooked meal by a professional chef isn't bad, just have patience and be grateful. Instead of impatient! The food was fantastic and the portions were hearty. I would recommend the combo seafood omelette, the seafood mee-goriegn(sorry for the mis spelling)and the sweet and sour pork. If your going with a family with 2 adults and a couple of kids expect a decent wait time as all meals are cooked fresh and individually. Can't go wrong with a freshly cooked meal instead of some cheap and unhealthy takeaways.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst Chinese meals we've had. The only positive aspect was the large portion sizes. However, it took over 1 hour and 30 minutes for our three dishes to arrive. Despite asking the server twice, both times they reassured us the food was on its way. When we ordered, we were told it would take about 25-30 minutes. Additionally, we ordered the combo starter platter, which was supposed to come with two calamari, but we received spring rolls instead. When we questioned this, the server insisted that it was correct, despite the menu clearly stating it should include calamari. The fried rice was soggy, wet, and very bland. The sizzling lamb was overly salty and lacked flavor. The pork and vegetables were mediocre. We also noticed four other customers complaining about the slow service and inquiring about their food. I hate to leave a negative review, but honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Wow! 🤯🤯 The RUDEST customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give the service a Zero I would from Pan Asia Coolangatta on Monday 1st of May. After waiting an hour to receive the food I suggested that they could of told me that it was going to take that long. The girl said your food is coming now what do you want me to do about it. I again said it would be nice to be told so that I could of got pizza or something else. She said there is nothing else open and mumbled something else as she walked off. When I said no need to be so rude she said " I can be ruder" Another guy jumped in and apologised briefly I explained that I have two babies at home. He said so does everyone. I have NEVER experienced customer service so rude. Wow! On top of that they got the order wrong 🤯🤯

My Mum and I each had the $15 lunch special yesterday, I ordered Pad Thai and she had Jimmy's Satay. Both were fast, fresh and tasty. Value for money and customer service were great. Thanks! 😊 👌

Changing my original review of 5 stars to 0. Have been here on more than 5 occasions over the past year since my original review.

My experience each time has been as follows: Expensive for what is provided, despite generous portions. Understaffed, disorganised and very poor management evidenced by orders taking over 1 hour each time which you're inconveniently not told about when ordering. December 30th had one cook/chef, one kitchen hand and one person waiting tables and taking orders at dinner time, we were told upon ordering at dusk that the wait time would be 45 minutes, but the wait time for our order was 2 hours, no discount offered just "sorry". This was in my eyes a serious mistreatment of their own staff and of customers. Highly disappointed to purchase again today and have the same experience. 1 hour wait time for the same order, even though it was not busy. We weren't told how long we were needing to wait upon ordering, no apology given when the food came out. We were originally going to dine in at a dirty table (all empty tables were dirty) and had to ask for it to be cleaned. We ended up late for an appointment (because we waited 1 hour for the order) so asked to change to take-away. -Table is consistently dirty, you have to clear the last person's dirty plates for the staff who are either too busy or "didn't notice". Too many tables to serve. Crammed in like sardines trying to dine in makes for a terrible experience. Won't be back, ever, and take back all of the great word-of-mouth reviews I gave for this place. Save your money and time, go...

It's our first time coming here. Let's start with the spelling for the Bubble Teas up on their wall. Perhaps, it's a "joke," or atleast how it's spelt in another language. If it was racist sarcasm, well... rolls eyes I say this, as I did not see any Asians working there and it was just an observation...

The food was actually rather decent. We enjoyed our meals, but the Bubble Teas had no sugar in them, nor did anyone ask if we wanted any, so we just assumed they were the standard. The "bubbles" were also extremely soft (over-boiled) and the milk teas tasted quite artificial.

Now, about the customer service: We dined in, so we also assumed all cutleries would be brought out to us with our meals. Nope, we were advised to get up and get them ourselves, even though the waiter came from there with our meals, lol. This wasn't much of a bother, but the male staff did not seem like he wanted to be there. He was quite unfriendly, rather blunt and tried to impatiently hurry customers. Let me just give him some advice: My eldest Daughter and my Husband are both AUTISTIC, so rolling your eyes at them when they are trying to decide which drink they would like, and acting impatient, when they weren't even taking that long to choose, it isn't very professional or understanding of you, is it? I'll let it slip this once, as I know we all have bad days at work and it was only our first time there. I just hope our next visit won't be as unpleasant, and that whatever may be bothering him outside of work, doesn't get brought into...
