Gelatissimo Coolangatta — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

This is my second most favourite place in the district to grab some great homemade gelato. The range is fantastic more variety than you could poke a stick at!! csutomer service is always done with cheery faces and smiles a mile wide. Great Location and good atmosphere like you'd expect from a well known place like this. Just one comment. I love you guys !! but you could open earlier at least maybe 9am and stay opened longer in the summer especially during the school holidays!!!

Ice-creams are great and my NDIS clients love enjoying the wind away from the sun BUT staff couldn't print a receipt which makes it hard for us NDIS Workers to actually support our participants buying food from that location. We even potentially got charged twice because the staff believed my client didn't pay while after processing a second payment it clearly mentioned about the printer not having paper, which the staff said: "the machine doesn't have paper" and after opening the machine found the section for the rolls and was not aware of it... Overall, more training is needed to allow customers to have receipts if needed. Location and selection are great. Next time I'll ask first if staff can print receipts before...

I had a medium one ($8.8) (2 scoops) with Mango Sorbet, and Dragonfruit & Lychee Sorbet It is my first time trying their sorbets and turns out great. In my opinion, the texture of sorbet is better a lot different than the normal ice cream. Both of the flavours taste perfect, especially the extraordinary Dragonfruit & Lychee flavour.

Their service attitude always brings with great energy and passion. Besides, there are a few seats and a trash can on the storefront for you to dispose of your finished cup. Overall, Gelatissimo never disappoints, definitely a 10 out of...
