Vector Coffee — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

Absolutely loved Vector Coffee! We visited twice in one day — that’s how good it was.

The rye bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon was fresh and delicious, and the French toast was a standout - the first bite felt like heaven after finishing the marathon. Their bread is from Pixel Bakehouse.

We also tried the matcha strawberry, single origin cappuccino, and piccolo — all beautifully presented and perfectly made. Every barista here is skilled, and the staff are incredibly friendly. You can really feel the care and thought they put into both the coffee and the food.

What a gem! Food, coffee, and service — absolutely top notch. Vector Coffee is hands down one of the best cafés on the Gold Coast, and honestly so underrated!

The food was beautifully fresh, with every bite bursting with flavour. Big shoutout to Alisha, the chef — so talented! You can tell there’s passion in every dish that leaves the kitchen.

And let’s talk about their Mont Blanc coffee — highly addictive (trust me, that’s exactly how we ended up here in the first place!).

I’ve been here 5-6 times in the past year for coffee and breakfast or lunch and it has been brilliant each time. I don’t know why anyone would bother going anywhere else for bagels. Though the other food options are delicious too! And coffee is amazing, that’s all that needs to be said on that. Last, the staff are fantastic - they provide the kind of laidback but attentive and friendly service you associate with the best kind of Aussie hospitality.
