Ordinary .. very Ordinary. Two stars is being generous. Food wasn't even hot. At first we thought it had come out if a microwave... but the temperature was pretty consistent throughout... all luke warm at best. The chicken wasn't crunchy and the dressing made it even more soggy. The lamb was just mush, cold and just not enjoyable. Staff... need some serious training, even given the current circumstances we all know about finding good staff, it's no excuse. I'm sitting with a drink in front of me... my wife waiting with nothing in front of her and he (Lightning McBartender) bolts in out of nowhere like the building is on fire and drops the drink in front of me without even a glance or collecting anything (including the order number flag) on his way through. Next thing you know they are out of flags and need to do a quick gather up. Given so many food choices in the area... you need to lift your game. If you were understaffed, understand this, but don't go and put live music on your deck to entice people in. Worst meal (snack, as we didn't even eat it all) we have...

Booked a table for 10 people over a month before celebrating my friend's hens night. Showed up at the venue at 6 pm, there was no table reserved for us, my friends had to chase down a table. The staff did not even care to help, I had a chat with the staff to provide them feedback (young lady, wearing light green top on the Saturday night at 6pm on 2/12/23). She lacked problem resolve skills and had no customer service mindset; she said "we reserved the table for you but other people sat on it, so it is not our responsibility to go there an tell them to move, but if you want that table back you can go tell them to move". I really had no words to say at that point as i didn't want to make situation goes worse, so I just had to let it go that night. So, giving feedback here, hope they improve staff training and be aware how to handle the situation in the future. Aside from this, food and drinks were good and that is were the 2...

Pretty average service and food here. People will still go for the location, I'd advise against that.

I ordered a drink at the bar, the girl behind the bar said it was $5. I gave her the $5 and went back to my table, 2 minutes later she heads over and let's me know the drink was actually 50c extra. Surely she'd just let that one go through to the keeper? Happy to pay the correct price at the bar at the time but being chased afterwards seems a bit stiff.

Wasnt overly impressed with the food, ordered a Crab Burger, the roll was from a pack of 12 at the Supermarket and my fries weren't salted. Asian Street Fries? What makes them Asian?

We went as large group, the prices we were given prior to attending weren't correct, in fact they weren't even close. Yet the barstaff still wanted us to pay the new and updated more expensive...

Great Pub in a great location. Located on the waters edge of Hobart's bustling harbour. Great waterside deck to drink & dine & with heating, trendy setting inside gives you multiple options to choose from. Good vibes, good menu with all the standard favourites + sharing plates. Food looked good from what I saw come out, burger was 👌, beer was better 😁

Went there for brunch during the Queen's mourning day. It was beautiful to sit out & enjoy our meal there. For starters, we had the hummus & pickles & the salt & pepper calamari. For mains, we had the holoumi burger which was delicious! I choose the no fries option. & the fish of the day grilled. Everything was delicious. We were absolutely stuffed.
