Yesterday I had a meal at your restaurant and paid in cash. My total was $26.90, and I gave $27. While I was waiting for the change, the person at the counter suddenly said, “You really want your 10 cents back?!”
I was completely caught off guard by this comment. Although I ended up saying “never mind,” the more I think about it, the more uncomfortable I feel. It’s not about the 10 cents—it’s about the attitude.
As a customer, I have every right to receive the correct change. For a staff member to speak in such a rude and abrupt manner is completely unacceptable. In the service industry, basic respect and professionalism should be the minimum.
I hope you take this seriously and remind your staff to treat customers with proper courtesy...

It was slim pickings by then, 🙁which was a bit disappointing.
