Wokin — Restaurant in Hobart

Food is very salty. It's not just salty. It's super salty to the point your mouth is uncomfortable . They said it's normal for them for many years. Asked restaurant remake or refund or swap to other dishes. They refused. Not a great customer service at all. They don't care customer service. If you don't like wayI had to constantly drink water but still way too salty. Asked a free drink to balance that way too salty deep fried chicken. They refused. I asked few more time that water I already had one full cup and it didn't help to reduce salty level. Eventually they said yes.

Any restaurant who cares about customers won't be like this one. So think through before you walk it.

Definitely won't recommend to anyone!

We visited here for our first meal in Hobart. We like to add chili peppers in restaurants because we like spicy food. So we went to many restaurants and asked for additional peppers, or if we sold them, we bought them and ate them. But here we asked for it, but she said no. want to buyBut that was also rejected. I asked the kitchen to ask me a question, but she refused without hesitation. We felt this was racist. If you don't have the ingredients, it makes sense, but we're disappointed that you don't respect your taste and there's no room for improvement. I don't think this restaurant will last long unless she is replaced. If you look at the person in charge here, I think it is necessary to train her service who worked around 4:30 on...

At the restaurant right now and the waiter lady is so rude. So tables were cleaned so there is no where for people to sit, or they would have to clear Dirty dishes themselves. When ordering, waiter said nothing to welcome us, no hello. We ordered 2 bowls of noodle soups and only 1 came out, when we said we had ordered 2, she gave us and eye roll and argued that we only ordered 1. Only for her to check the receipt that we ordered 2. When we asked for spoons for the meal she threw it on our table and walked off.

The RUDEST, MOST UNINVITING PERSON!! If she is that unhappy- please do not work and make others experience a bad one!!!!
