These guys get my rare 5 star rating. And here is why

The food, is cooked and made perfectly, remember this is a sushi train and sushi is best eaten fresh don't feel bad ordering fresh from the screen. Fresher is better.

The staff, they are kind and create a fun environment nothing more to say but give them all a bonus.

The extras, this is the real reason they got 5 stars from me, they do little extras to make your experience better, bubble tea, fresh wasabi, water to table, tablet ordering system all of this and more makes life so much easier.

Update: October 2021, What happened guys, you were so good and it seems your quality slipped. Tonight the sushi seemed dull and of less quality, I ordered a sushi roll off the iPad when I got it, it was cold and stale. I like coming here after the movies. The fresh menu is always good as its made to order so I suggest ordering off the digital menu and some options off the train. I picked some aburi off the train and it was a little too cold and old which disappointed me, good flavors but aburi must be fresh to really enjoy the seared experience. One young staff member was very annoyed when I asked for a fork for my elderly friend, it's called hospitality don't carry out your job with a sour face, I am paying you to be kind. The seating and entry doesn't accommodate people that are elderly or with disabilities. Not enough vegan options compared to any other sushi restaurant I’ve been to. And ofcourse sushi is not inherently vegan but many other sushi restaurants atleast have a vege roll option. All this place has is avocado or cucumber. Also I was watching the cooks tonight and realised just how much cross contamination is happening! Handling raw fish and then cooked foods and vegan sushi. I was a regular customer but I won’t be eating here again now as I’ve been feeling sick thinking about this since I saw.
