A great upscale cocktail bar on the seafront; bit pricey, but well worth the experience

Part of a group of dining experiences along seaport, Bar Urbane serves some of the best (and inspired) cocktails I've ever had in an elevated environment When I say the drinks are incredible, I can't emphasise it enough - experimenting with flavours brings some very inspired options For me, the Thai Green and Charlie Chaplin are a must

Pair the experience with friendly and knowledgeable staff, and you have a complete victory Only thing I didn't get to try was the oysters, but I'm sure they'd be great too

The best menu in Launceston. Finally something that isn't playing it safe, and is actually delivering what I want in a menu. I had a the steak tartare and it was amazing. I'll be back to try the octopus and the selection of oysters. Cocktails, service and ambiance is great. The stoneware plates, the big ice cubes in the cocktails (that have a U carved into them), and the comfy furniture sets this apart from the other bars in Launceston. The food menu is the star here...
