Service was super friendly and fast, nothing was too hard, asked for kids pancakes with everything on the side, she even mentioned they put icing sugar on and offered to have that not on there which is helpful with fussy kids! Kids play area was good, icecream colouring in comp and kids lunch pack included a free icecream for school holidays. The only problem was the chips! They were inedibly salty...I barely touched mine even dipped in the mayo from my burger all I could taste was salt. My son barely ate any of his nuggets and chips and then felt ill because of how salty they were. My 3yo enjoyed her pancakes, then tried a chip and stopped at 2, she's a hot chip fanatic and would live off them if she could but even she...

We’ve been regulars here, especially for special occasions, and have always appreciated the great service. However, our last few visits have been a bit underwhelming, particularly considering the price. At $110 for some toast for my son and two breakfasts, we expected a higher standard. The sausages in the big breakfast weren’t to our taste—lacking in flavor—and the overall food temperature has been inconsistent.

That said, the staff continue to provide excellent customer service, which we truly appreciate. While we enjoy coming here, we hope to see improvements in the food quality and consistency to better match the pricing. Looking forward to giving it another go...

milkshake is actually thick if you ask them to make it thick. maple cafe now has my award for best milkshake in a place that isnt cold rock or wendys!

their chicken bites are crispy, add some salt and you got a decent meal for 12 bucks!

it says cafe in the name, but its really a restaurant with how you’re assigned a table and the way you pay at the end.

when come here for lunch, bring at least two (2) other friends!

(this is so they don’t assign you to a two-seater table in the corner (like table 13), unless you like staring at the corner like you’re on time-out.)

summary: great lunch with at least two...

Fantastic service and great atmosphere for a Sunday brunch. Food is just average. The zucchini and corn fritter is yummy and crispy. The salmon florentine is alright. However, the bacon in our big breakfast is a bit too dry. I know some people prefer crispy bacon, but it should be a customer choice and not the default option. The sausage is tiny and doesn’t taste good at all. The raspberry pancake is also dry. Overall, great service and good presentation.

It was extremely busy the morning we dined here. The lovely staff managed to find us a table which we appreciated. Our orders were taken promptly and came out in a reasonable time also. All of our orders were great but I do think there is too much sauce added to the eggs Benedict (photo is attached). I would recommend though as a great spot for breakfast
