Complete Lack of Hygiene and Cleanliness : negative-5 Stars It is deeply concerning that a global company like Domino's Pizza would allow such a lack of hygiene and cleanliness at any of its branches. This branch, in terms of hygiene, cleanliness, and food preparation methods is not right. an utter disgrace, reflecting a complete garbage for customer safety and health standards . Upon entering, it was immediately evident that cleanliness was not a priority. The floors were littered with discarded food wrappers, napkins, and other debris. There was no visible cleaning staff, and the dining area looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in days. it poses a significant health risk. The situation in the kitchen area was even worse. I witnessed employees handling food with the same gloves without changing them, leading to potential cross-contamination. The same gloves were used to prepare various types of pizzas, including chicken, vegetarian, and vegan options. This careless practice exposes customers to allergens and can have severe consequences for those with food allergies or specific dietary restrictions. To make matters worse, the cooking pans and utensils were visibly dirty, with food residues and grime buildup. These pans were used to cook all types of pizzas without proper cleaning, compromising the safety and quality of the food. It's unacceptable for a food establishment to operate in such an unsanitary manner. This total lack of hygiene can lead to serious health issues, especially for people with allergies, strict vegans, or those with religious dietary restrictions. It's beyond comprehension that Domino's Pizza, which should meet ISO standards for food safety and cleanliness, operates with such blatant disregard for these regulations. The branch I visited clearly does not deserve any form of ISO certification, as it fails to align with the rigorous safety and cleanliness criteria. It's not enough for Domino's Pizza to collect reviews and feedback; they need to act on them and implement immediate changes. Customers' health and safety should always come first. I urge Domino's to take action and rectify these alarming issues, or they risk losing customers' trust and potentially facing legal consequences for their negligence. Good review: The pizza was good

Well. One of the staff members was genuinely very nice and took efforts to make it a better experienced which I appreciate him for. But, but, but, the efforts turned out extremely horrible for me. I ordered everything online, every details were mentioned and it was a pick up order. Post ordering, they told me there was no milkshake which was ok. The male staff who genuinely tried to make it up, gave me a free pizza. But guess what, all of my order had vegetarian items and they gave me a pizza which chicken which I took a bite of & realised later which saw closely. I ordered a spicy veg supreme without pineapple but instead it was full of pineapple (which was never given in the first time, it was some different pizza). Waited for another few minutes and got the pizza again as per the original order, 2 pizzas. Then both of them had pineapples AGAIN!!! In the third go, they made the correct ones and gave us. I was so pissed off. This is not at all good, store was unhygienic, staff kept talk between them & having fun rather than making the correct order, keeping the store tidy, making sure the items are kept in a hygienic condition. Worst experience ever. Will never come back again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | Delicious meat & Hawaiian pizza, juicy wings – but needs better cleanliness I visited Domino’s Pizza Flinders St and ordered two pizzas: Meat Lovers and Hawaiian, along with a box of BBQ chicken wings. The pizzas were absolutely satisfying — the Meat Lovers was loaded with bacon, sausage, and beef, while the Hawaiian had the perfect balance of sweet pineapple and smoky ham. 🍕🍍🥓 The BBQ chicken wings were also impressive. Tender, juicy, and well-coated in a rich, smoky sauce — definitely worth trying. 🍗 Staff were friendly and the food was served hot and fresh. However, I have to take off one star because the store wasn’t very clean. The dining area had dirty tables and floors, which affected the overall experience. 📍Located near Flinders Street Station, it’s super convenient for a quick bite in the city.

Terrible customer service.

Domino's Flinders Street has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in the entire country. As an ex Domino's employee I cannot believe this is even allowed to continue. When I worked for Domino's over a decade ago, we prided ourselves on prompt customer service and we had to abide by a certain code of conduct with our customers. I have never seen such terrible customer service in my entire life in any other Dominos store I have been in, and every single person working in that from the store manager down needs to be fired by upper management.

Every time I have made a delivery order, I have been disappointed by their service. The delivery drivers are rude, argumentative, they don't deliver food to your apartment door anymore inspite of me requesting them to (especially on the days I'm sick when I'm unable to leave my apartment). They just leave the food in the lobby and leave as if they owe you nothing. What if somebody else takes it?

I had one delivery guy threaten me that he'll just "take it back to the store if I don't come down to receive it". No long term paying customer and ex employee deserves such treatment. If I had done this in my own job over a decade ago I would have been fired on the spot.

Not to mention the guys in the store (including the manager) never pick up the phone or answer messages. So if you have an issue with the order? Forget about it. You're not getting served. All they do is send you a coupon through the customer feedback form which expires after 28 days. What would it take to actually change the behaviour of your staff?

Last but not least, the store itself is disgusting. Every time I have walked in the store to collect a pickup order, I have seen LITERAL trash, empty boxes, cartons and god only knows what littered around all over the store. The cook tops look disgusting, the bench tops look disgusting.

Either the upper management does not know what's going in this store or they don't care.

In either case I'm going to make sure that my complaint is heard by someone higher than the store manager....

I would happily put minus if I could because my experience with Domino's today was nothing but unpleasant.

Series of unpleasant events from our visit.

We picked up a combo of 2 pizzas and two sides for which paid extra 5 dollars for cheesy garlic bread and chicken. We paid 2 dollars extra to get cheesy garlic bread which has zero to no cheese in it. Like you have to respect your patrons money if you charge them for an ingredient.

The shop itself was filthy. Uneaten food everywhere and boxes covered each table. The garbage bin was overflowing but none of the staff members cared about it. I would say my garbage bins looks better than the dine in place at the dominos store. I understand that you had a busy day but the staff was happily chatting and using phone rather than attempting to even clean the place.

The tomato sauce pan on the counter looked horrible. It wasn't covered or anything. Are you waiting for flies and insect to drop into the sauce. And you won't realise it as you are busy chatting rather than looking at what you are making.

Staff members kept touching their hair. My partner and I even commented on it as it looked disgusting. Like if you have long hair than please put a hair net. Those customers who pay you good hard earned money don't deserve burnt hair in their food. And that's exactly what happened to us. We came home with the pizza and almost ate half of it before noticing long burnt hair spread across two slices. I was so disgusted I wanted to vomit.

And above everything very unfriendly staff. I asked about the payment receipt which you get from the effpost machine as I needed it. The guy point to my payment invoice and say you have that. I was so done with them that I didn't even argue just walked away.

I am so disappointed and disgusted with the Flinders Street dominos franchise that I don't want to...
