Great atmosphere and great staff.. I could go on and on about the staff, but they would get big heads.

Best bar in St Kilda by far. Super friendly staff, great atmosphere and dog friendly.. not to mention the 3 hours of happy hour. Whether it's drinks at the bar or ordering food, they've got you covered.

The theme and feel is just good. There's no real way to explain it, but GOOD.

Great location whether you live in the area or not. Parking nearby, right next to a tram stop, and easy access through multiple entrances.

Freddies is pet friendly, which is great when you want to unwind after a long walk with the dogs.

• Live music most days. • Sports on both the TV and BIG screen, including AFL, football (soccer), UFC, and more. • A monthly change in beers on tap. • Great prices. • Hospo night. • Tuesday trivia. • Happy hour.

There is an 'always on tap' CBCo draught (kolsch) Ale, CBCo Cider, and Stone & Wood. Then, the ever changing great selection of other taps includes things like: IPAs, Pale ales, Stouts, Sours, and more. House wines are always a good option, decently priced too.

The food comes from their sister venue, which means it will come in a take away style, however this is a nice little bar, does anyone really go to a bar for a 5 star meal and 12 forks?

Cutlery, napkins, and even a water station are next to the bar.

This place is...

The bar itself is nice enough, clean as well. Staff is ok, I went there on a Tuesday mid afternoon and no one seemed thrilled to be there. Trivia on Tuesdays is fun enough and brings in more of a crowd. The 2-star review comes mostly from the food/service, which can only be ordered via a QR code and is delivered from a kitchen nearby. We ordered a chicken burger and a classic burger with tots to share. Waited over 45min for what looked like it was prepared by a three year old. The tots were supposed to have some toppings and it was hard to find any. Number of jalapeño slices could be counted with one hand. The classic burger was cold and sent back for a refund. The chicken burger was just pieces of their chicken fingers put between buns with some slaw. Do yourself a favor, have a drink here, and see if you like the place for yourself, but DO NOT waste your time on any...

It's an odd little pub, and I don't mean that in a necessarily negative sense. Sure, there's ants, it smells like curry and dust, and I don't rate the cleanliness of the tables... but the drinks are pretty damn good and I can see this being a good spot for backpackers and locals to catch up.

I appreciate that they offer pots, schooners and pints, and had a solid line of stuff of tap. Feels like a good variety of options to satisfy any group looking for a good time.

The decor is interesting, if a bit overwhelming, with a lot of curios and fun decorations to take in while enjoying a drink.

I have to say, I'd probably rate lower if it weren't for how absolutely delicious the "Devil's in the Details" cocktail was (forgiving the $20 price-tag).

All in all, staff seemed friendly enough and I'd stop by again, if only to enjoy that devilishly good cocktail...

Shocked me..We came here around 2.30pm, ordered Wednesday's special, $20 burger with beer, got in takeaway box (was it real???), Not offered any cuttlery, and NO CHIPS (who cares!!!), waited for nealy 30mins, on the quite time. Then, the bartender could not understand when we asked which beer we would get with special, instead he charged us for POT of beers for $18. Woww..and when I confirmed about that, the staff was not guilty or apoligized at all. The service was so poor. Even when i asked our beer that came with special, one of staff, she treated me that i was not exist. Well, be careful TOURISTS or anyone who would stop to this pub..it will take lots of advantages from you and treat you as a trash. Good pub, NOT for service and staffs. Hope the owner or management pays attention for this. Very bad experience.
