Princess Pizza and Kebab — Restaurant in Melbourne

The amount of ppl that are on here saying good things about this place must've been there on a good day, as I can't tell u how many times this so-called fast food 'service' and 'restaurant' has gotten my orders wrong. The other day I called and ordered my preferred meal of hsp because it was close to the place I lived, and they had me answer the preferred sauce and meat for my hsp, HOWEVER, when I arrived to the place within 10 minutes from my ordered time, they gave me a pizza box that was already on the counter when that was not the food that I ordered. When I told them that it was the wrong order and tht they had gotten my order wrong in the past as well, they hushed me and said tht they had heard it right and tht I had to take the pizza since they 'forgot' the receipt??! The service from the staffs was disgraceful, their attitude, especially the 'lady' who was on the phone as well, all in all my mood felt so disrupted that night since it wasn't what I had ordered and paid for but still had to take the pizza as they wouldn't 'refund' or show me the 'receipt' of what I even paid for. Which food or any establishment forgets a receipt?! Anyways, if you ever want to go here, the service is probably depending on their 'mood'. Just an insight of my encounters...

Came today to order 3 large 'Princess Pizza' (in which you create your own pizza and choose any toppings of your choice) meaning you cN pick whatever you want onto your pizza. Unfortunately instead of charging the usual $13... They charged $15 for each large pizza.

This smart arse bald head guy that works there told us don't worry about what the sign says or the brochure says. Princess pizzas are $15. (There was no disclaimer about 'princess pizza is $15 instead of $13).

I ordered three pizzas, and I asked them to put "NO" onion on one of the pizzas. But when I got my order, all three of them had onions. When I called to report this their attitude to a customer complain was unapologetic and instead they were trying to defend themselves by calling me a liar. They did-not even say maybe on your next visit we will compensate and accept their mistake. Very unprofessional and an attitude to not accept bad feedback. Never gonna use their...
