Terrible service and barely acceptable pizza at best. I’ve been here a few times before but this will be the last time. When you use their App to order and pre-pay and you’re given a time that the order will be ready. You really don’t expect to walk into the store and see the staff laughing and mucking about in the kitchen and then, with nothing even in the oven turn around to you and say “we’ve been very busy” and it was only then did they even start making my pizza. It’s hard to claim you’ve been busy on a Monday night with no one in the store and nothing in the oven. If you’ve got enough time to play around and joke in the shop then you’ve had plenty of time to make my pizza and get it in the oven. I’d waiting 15 minutes already since I ordered online and then walked down there to pick it up only to find that it hadn’t even been made yet, let alone been put in the oven. And because I’d already prepaid it’s not like I wasn’t going to turn up and pick it up. Plus I’ve got to say, when you have a list of ‘Traditional’ pizzas on your menu, when did Meat Lovers suddenly become ‘Gournet’. It was times like this last night that I wondered why I didn’t just walk down a little further and get Dominos. Disappointing pizza, disappointing service and a lie/excuse to top it all off. Read moreOrdered pizza online today, Order was missing a drink and a chips Called the restaurant very politely to talk about it incase the driver forgot it the woman who answered was rude and defensive and talked over me from the instant she answered. Instead of listening to me politely and calmly talk to her in a Friendly tone she talked at me and over me saying “THIS IS IS NOT FAIR” and stated she didn’t give me a drink because there a problem with their freezer and when I asked her why didn’t she call me she started getting defensive avoiding the question LOL anyway we learned our lesson. Pizza was kinda burnt and tasted almost cheeseless and felt as though they were stingy with toppings on one pizza we ordered had prawns and my friends and I only found 2 prawns. I think sending the wrong item or lack of item without a call isn’t good customer service in general but can be kindly let go but the attitude of the employee from the moment she answered the call automatically fighting when someone has called with a kind demeanour is actually very poor service which is also reflected on the defensiveness of their response to our review as the items they described in their response below were items we requested and paid to be delivered anyway so there is no praise in delivering what they are...

Ordered online, phoned us to offer a substitute to wings they'd run out of and told ready to collect in 20 minutes. Walked up 20 minutes later and told they'd cancelled our order because they'd run out of wings.

Wait another 20 for them to re-place our order. Can we have some sauce/dip for our wing substitute calamari? Yes, there are sausages on the pizza. Do you have sauces? Yes. Ok what sauces do you have? We don't have sauces.
Beginning to regret choice of takeaway.
