The location is easy to find with lots of parking. Booking online was fine but they have to confirm the table.

We were seated straight away by a server and given dirty menus that were ripped. the only laminated one was the drink menu.

The menu itself is quite large but a bit confusing. They dont specify which Entrees you get or what meat comes with the banquet.

The food is super over priced! We got three banquets for 65 dollars per person. The food we got was three dips, two skewers each which were lamb and chicken, we got chips, a salad and corn ribs. We also had chicken wings and halloumi. We then paid an extra 39 dollars for the ananas seafood.

The chicken wings were very soggy and un flavourful. The salad had to much dressing and was 95% lettuce. Corn ribs, Halloumi, Pita Bread and the chips were really good but everything else was average.

The seafood dish was 39 dollars and came with half a pineapple, calamari and a small piece of salmon that was it.

We then ordered drinks which were quite nice. The server was nice but only checked on us twice in the whole 2 hours we were there.

The table itself was super small so there was no room to eat properly. The atmosphere is cosy and nice with music playing and nice decor.

Dessert was nice but they had run out of their home-made icecream which was a bummer.

Overall it was mixed feelings. definitely not worth what they are charging though.

190 in total if we ordered off the menu and not the banquet. So it would have been 5 dollars cheaper if we ordered it separately.

I have not eaten at this restaurant. This review is solely based on the customer service.

I had researched into this restaurant and spent time reading a bunch of reviews. Although the reviews were mixed with both positives and negatives on their food and service I thought I'd roll the dice and give this place a go.

I booked a reservation in the morning, which said it wasn't confirmed but a staff would call or email me. I received a call, which I just missed so I called straight back. I didn't know if it was this business that called me and when the female staff member stated the business I didn't understand where she was calling from as she was talking so fast. She told me there wasn't seating available inside and only available on the balcony which I politely declined and then she just hung up on me. I then received 2 texts, 1 stating my booking is confirmed and 1 saying it's cancelled. Confused but trying to do the right thing, I call back this business and state that the staff member I just spoke to had hung up on me. I ask her if there is a booking for me in the system which she couldn't directly answer. In the end she is able to confirm the booking is cancelled.

Due to this customer service I don't think I'd want to eat at this restaurant. There are numerous reviews pointing out issues with the customer service and sadly from this experience it doesn't seem to be improving.
