Sat down at 6.03pm Friday night. Had a booking for a table for five people. In my opinion, the table was too small for five adults. We had two adults and three children so we could make do. We had to flag down a waitress to take our drink order so it was disappointing that we felt isolated and ignored. There was no drink menus provided on our table so we had to wait for the menu to order our drinks. Once we received the menus, the writing is extremely small, so if you attend this venue make sure your bring along your reading glasses. Two cokes were ordered out of the five people, no bubbles within the coke and tasted like a syrup mix from McDonals or a flat bottle of coke. I had my coke replaced with a fresh can but my son was to embarrassed to complain. I wonder if the wait staff attended to the actual problem back behind the bar or others throughout the night drunk flat syrup. In relation to our meals, again, we had to flag down the wait staff to order our meals. Four pizzas and one lasagne. The lasagne arrived 13 minutes after our order, No complaints there but,...... it took a further 11 minutes and only after we complained about the wait time for us to receive the final meal. One can imagine the temperature of the lasagne after waiting to receive our final meal so we could eat as a family. A female wait staff inquired how we found the meals, we informed her of our dismay but to no avail. If considering to attend this venue, I would strongly advise against it. The noise level within the lower floor was horrendous. We couldn't hear each other talk and upon departing all of our ears were ringing. No discount provided at final payment and no apology. In terms of the food, it may of been nice if we could all eat when the meals were brought out hot but we first received the lasagne, then seven minutes later three pizzas then the final pizza at 11 minutes. The lasagne was served in a bowl, my wife could not cut her meal in an appropriate manner as the knife hit the sides of the bowl. Images provided. In closing, the owners could do well with a simple sound deadener on the ceiling, a better organised kicthen staff to manage the timing of the meals, providing fresh soft drinks not sryup or flat lemonade, using flat plates instead of bowls for adult meals and taking responsibility and being accountable when a family night out goes horribly wrong. We have volwed never to return. We, the parents are local business people and will be honest to members of the public when asked about this venue. Cost us $139.50 We normally eat at Thurgona Golf Club for around $88-94.00 and never had a complaint.

I'll start off with the positives. Flavour wise for the food was good, staff were friendly, and seemed to be an alright joint overall.

After attending Aurora Albury on Saturday in a late slot, we decided to come here. They couldn't seat us as it was 45 minutes to closing (fair enough) and said that takeaway was an option and we quickly checked with staff if they had cutlery we could take with us to the motel. No problems there. Placed an order for the Carbonara, Wagyu Beef Osobuco and a 1.25L bottle of coke for $66.07 (including card fees); asked if we could wait just outside at one of the tables and no problems were raised with us (table was in view of the counter). We were told it would be ready in about 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I walk up to the counter and staff immediately recognised me and got another staff member to check up the status of the order. It looks like it had been waiting in an insulated bag as they immediately went over and picked it out. No big drama, but definitely some of the heat had left the meal. Get back to the motel and find that the Wagyu Beef Osobuco was as in the picture. Felt a bit ripped off at what $36 got me, especially as it didn't have mash, more than 5 beans or any other vegetables. Quality of what was there was good, but felt extremely disappointed by it. The portion of Carbonara was decent for the price...

The good. The pizza was delicious. Like, really good flavours. Some of the best pizza I've eaten recently.

The bad. It took well over an hour to get our food (3 pizzas) - we did get our one entrée quickly, but doesn't make a dent when you have to then wait another hour.

The ugly. We gave some feedback as we paid saying that it would be beneficial to know wait times for food when ordering to the cashier. She laughed at us, and replied sarcastically. After things escalated to speaking with the manager, we could see we were not getting anywhere when he blamed it on that staff member having mental health issues.

The horrendous. We left as we did not want to cause a scene and were not seeking compensation or the like, and the then manager followed us down the street and kept trying to bait us with comments about "well should I fire her then" and other ridiculousness (of which no one ever suggested). He wouldn't leave us alone as we kept trying to walk away.

Thankfully one of our group worked in crowd control and could gently ask the manager to leave us alone.

Am I leaving out some details, yes - it's a google review.

tl;dr - we ordered pizza it took over an hour to come out, cashier didn't take us seriously when we mentioned the wait time, manager blamed it on her mental health, then chased us down the street to...
