Food was great! Couldn’t be happier about the food. The service. Was pretty average and tainted the experience. The communication between staff… also not great.

Order a small latte with an extra shot, and a small long black. Got Larges and the long black tasted weak and watery.

The food we ordered the food with the eggs to be hard poached eggs. The person who took our order even came back outside after taking our order asked “do you want medium or full hard poached eggs”. Clarified again, hard poached.

The food came out and the eggs were both extremely runny. And when we mentioned it they seemed slightly annoyed, although they did fix it we just had to eat our meals separately and wait 15 minutes for the other meal to come back out. If they’d have forgotten from the first placing of the order then it wouldn’t of mattered as much, but to come out and confirm and double check triple check, then still mess it up seems super odd to me.

We also asked for water at the table twice and when I came inside and asked I was told, “yes, we will bring it out” despite already having our coffees brought out to us earlier and waiting already.

Then when we paid for the meal, it was just “you all finished?” And no apology or acknowledgment of the mess around and an extra $3 for the large coffees we didn’t actually want or order to begin with.

So overall, it was an okay breakfast. But the food was really good. Couldn’t be happier! Fantastic food. Just would be great to eat the meals together and on time...

terrible experience, one of the worst hospitality experience of our lives. if we could give no stars we would. Got told to sit down at the table waited 15 mins to receive the menu then got up to get it ourselves. Waited another 15 to be served, still nothing. Went to the counter and the owner told us to go back to the table and sit down someone will come see us. 10 mins later our order was finally taken. 10 mins later 1 drink arrived. 10 more mins later the other drink arrives (was dreadful) . our food was sitting on the pass for more than 15mins. I personally went over to the pass to collect our food and cutlery and the kitchen staff apologized and started laughing. Pathetic, inexperienced staff and what baffled us the most is they where still going to charge us. Ended up paying for the food only which a slither of cold soggy toast each with some cold undercooked eggs. menu was boring , the sad thing is they were not even busy.... will never...

This morning I had an iced latte and was extremely shocked at the price of $7.30! The most expensive coffee I've ever had, and on top of that it was really small. I wanted to question the price at the time, but went with benefit of the doubt thinking in the hope it was quite big, but it was smaller than most. I prefer not to be rude as once I had questioned I'd then feel the need to ask to see the size, at which point I'd have refused the coffee and would have felt bad, but do feel this needs to be said regardless. A cold coffee of that size should be no more than $5, as it is everywhere else. I'm sorry, but your prices need adjusting for a drink that is the same as a hot coffee but with ice in it, so really it's smaller than a hot coffee in volume, why is it $2+...
